Cette beauté côtière classique deviendra votre retraite décontractée préférée une fois que vous aurez expérimenté la façon dont ses grandes fenêtres et son pont spacieux vous mettent en contact avec le pouvoir relaxant du Pacifique. Le plafond voûté du salon apporte beaucoup de lumière océanique et des vues rafraîchissantes sur les vagues qui se brisent sur les rochers du large. Lorsque le soleil commence à s’abaisser à l’ouest, des teintes transparentes qui bloquent la lumière atténueront les reflets sans gêner la vue. À l’extérieur, vous observerez les vagues et le sable jusqu’à la ligne de surf depuis le pont en forme de proue doté de panneaux latéraux de protection de la vie privée pour bloquer le vent. Plus tard, vous pourrez vous détendre sur le pont et déguster un repas et un verre de vin tandis que le soleil se couche. Loved this cute little house with great views. Beach access is a house down or there is handicapped access (blue runner down to beach) farther up the street to the south. House is located close to Safeway, Thai Bay, or most anything on north end of city. Would love to stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what you want in a property: Location was perfect - quiet, clean, amazing views and beach access, and close to restaurants, shopping and casino. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets - Highly recommend!

Home was overall beautiful, clean and the beach view was amazing!! A few minor things: water in kitchen sink didn’t drain well, not sure if garbage disposal had an issue. Master shower had same issue, didn’t drain well. Master bed may need a new mattress, as it wasn’t the most comfortable bed but it was OK. Overall though, we had an excellent experience and would book again.

The property was very nice but when we arrived an hour after check in time the beds were not made or the floor clean. Called and someone came within a half hour and took care of everything.

We loved every minute of our vacation! The setting was ideal-even though we had fog everyday! The house was clean and well- furnished. Location was ideal-my husband kept saying “we need to buy this and retire here”! We are looking forward to a return trip ! All your communications and instructions were greatly appreciated!

We Loved the location and enough space for 2 of us! The 5pm check in and 10 am check out should be reconsidered in future as the amount paying per night should at least have a noon checkout or 4 pm check in! The living room furniture chairs are super uncomfortable.. the master shower was built for a child .. super tiny! Overall we enjoyed walks on the beach and the location could not be beat! Thank you !

Great Family Vacation
We are from PHX, Az so when you can escape to Lincoln City on the beach in the summer and it is 65-70 degrees vs 115 it is an awesome time! The view is awesome, perfect proximity to everything, we hiked, did the beach, there is a casino near by, lots to do Here in Lincoln City, Or we had an amazing time. Management was great also, they brought us gas for the grill and anything we needed. Overall great stay! We Will be back!

This is a great property for two couples or girls trip. The property was quiet with the amazing views as advertised. The house is all one level so great for people with limited mobility. There is beach access via a set of stairs one house over and made for great beach walks.

Excellent beach and ocean views, bad beds
The pros of this house include its wall of windows to the beach, expansive deck for ocean watching, beach access is only one house away, and it’s obviously been remodeled fairly recently. You really cannot beat the views from this location. The kitchen as well-stocked with the basics for cooking and eating from home. The large dining table makes it easy for everyone to have a beach view while dining. The downsides are that the beds are profoundly uncomfortable - old, no padding, stained (ew) - and the pillows are flat and sad. There aren’t enough washcloths in the bathrooms for guests (though there are plenty of bath towels) nor are there any hot pads/oven mitts for the oven in the kitchen. The lighting throughout the house has LED bulbs that cast a very harsh light. The property management would do well to Invest in some soft white LEDs and re-aim the fixture over the kitchen island so the light actually hits the island. Overall, the house is very good and the beach access and beach views can’t be beat but bring something to pad the beds with as well as your own pillows. FYI - the virtual tour was before the remodel.

Horrible smell/VERY uncomfortable
Location is amazing and house had great view. HOWEVER, The house smelled horrible, beds were so uncomfortable we were unable to sleep. The furnishings were old/stained and the 2nd bathroom shower had the fixture removed so it was unusable. You are paying for the view only and in our opinion it wasn’t worth it.

Wonderful getaway
We really enjoyed staying here. The best parts for us were the ocean view from inside the house and off the porch and how easily accessible the beach was. Parking our van in the driveway was a little tricky. The house was fairly clean when we checked in just a few minor things (the island had some dirt on it and their was hair in the bathroom shower).

Fantastic view
We loved the view at this property! We stayed the beginning of March and rained most of the time so our favorite spot were the chairs in front of the window watching the waves. House was well stocked. The bed in the Master Bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could use some new pillows. The shower head was also very low in the master shower. I am 5’10 and my husband is 6’. Other than that, we had a fantastic time. Beach access was easy. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Upgrades to property were very nice. Grocery store was right up the street as well as the casino. (Walking distance) Also, the lady we spoke to at Meridith Lodging was extremely friendly and kind. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a fantastic time. We would definitely stay at this property again if we ever go back to Lincoln City

My sister and our husbands had a grand time with such a great view of the ocean while we played cards and enjoyed visiting. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable and so convenient to everything Lincoln City has to offer.

The view from this property was incredible!! Needs a few up keep things done.
This property had a incredible view. If you drive a bigger vehicle or a vehicle with a lift you will not fit in the carport!!! The newly updated kitchen was nice however, the sink doesn’t drink well, the garbage disposal didn’t work. The master bedroom bed was pretty firm with a VERY large stain and the shower had mold. We enjoyed our time and the view. We would come back to the property with hopes the minor things were fixed and possibly a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Fantastic view, comfortable home
Home is comfortable, clean and walking distance to the casino. We enjoyed a comfortable two nights. We were able to enjoy the oceanfront view while watching football games, crafting and relaxing. Definitely on our short list of homes to stay in on our future trips to Lincoln City
