We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City for the annual trip to the beach with my husband and 3 children. We were delighted to meet the neighbor, an adorable granny who raved about her grandkids and lives at the beach full time. There was plenty of space to play and gather. Kitchen was well stocked, and overall it was great! Such an easy walk to the beach, but note this is stair access.

Close to 101/downtown/beach access. House was nice and clean overall, though a few of the pillows/pillowcases had stains and that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board.

Our stay in Lincoln City was fantastic. Our cottage stay was cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. Walking distance to the water and close to everything in town. Will definitely stay again.

Home was bright and cheery, very clean and comfortable. 2 of the TV's were not working when we arrived but after we called, they sent someone out to fix the problem. The coffee maker needs to be updated as we had to use something (we use a spoon handle) to push in the start button. Beyond those little things it was a perfect stay, and we would stay they again and recommend it to anyone.

Lots of games provided, which the kids loved. The kitchen was missing a few items, so we left a couple extra things.
The check-in process was not good. By 4 pm (check-in time), we had no address or access codes. Sending a text didn't help. We finally had to call and a very nice lady helped us.

The house was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The outside lightbulbs needed replaced but the street light was close enough to find the key lock box. We had a great weekend and would stay again.

I like a clean, cozy, comfortable welcoming home and this house has all that. I will definitely reconsider booking this place on my next trip.

This house was super cute and cozy, parking was tight but it worked, super close to the beach which we really enjoyed. However I would never rent from this company again. What an absolute nightmare and the customer service was terrible.

Location was comfortable, very quiet, close to beach, close to great seafood store and places to eat. Lincoln City was central to many other places we wanted to visit. House was somewhat run down, broken or missing screens in bedrooms, one broken window blind (could not be raised) broken dishwasher rack, clogged sink. Sugar ants entered through the electrical outlet in kitchen while we were there, but mgt set traps promptly and fixed drain. Beds comfy, lots of board games, TV/DVDs good. While cleaning up after ants, we noticed that handrails and cabinet grabs were very grubby; we cleaned them.

The house is very clean and well kept. The fire place was great and kept us very warm during the snowy evenings. We appreciated the space to spread out a bit in the evening in our own rooms. I think the only troublesome part is the parking. We were unsure if we could park on the street and didnt ask, but should have. It's a very narrow parking area shared with the house next door. Not roomy, but not the end of the world either. We would stay again.

This is a cute little place with a good location. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t stay connected and our phones didn’t have good service.

The two king beds were comfortable to sleep in and the rooms were spacious.
The floors were filthy and sticky. We had to wear our socks and they were stained black after several hours of being in the house. The upstairs bathroom sink did not drain properly. The stair well rail was sticky. The microwave above the stove was broken. Internet service was poor and we couldn't use any streaming service. We ran out of paper towels on the second day and there were no replacements. Went to use a stored and folded blanket, there was gum smeared and stuck to it, like it never got cleaned. I would not recommend this place.

Home away from home
House was a great location. The only thing I would suggest is a good cleaning of the rugs upstairs, cleaning of the BBQ and outdoor furniture that is available in the garage. The items above the kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned or removed as I don't think they make the cleaning schedule.

Perfect spot for my family's Spring Break
My husband, two young kids and I really enjoyed this house for a few days during Spring Break. It was plenty of room for all of us, had everything we needed and the perfect location. The only downside was that it could use some handyman TLC (i.e. lots of cracks and holes in the walls, kitchen faucet had some issues, dishwasher was extremely loud and outdated, etc.). None of that deterred us from having a good time though!

Amazing stay
We were a small group of second year nursing students getting away after finals. The house was perfectly clean and we had an amazing time. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house eating and playing games. The house is only two blocks from the beach so that was nice to be able to walk there. I would recommend this house to anybody.

Overall very good. Needs maintenance. The microwave over oven has not worked in a long time. Drains are very slow. Same day response for on counter microwave.

We enjoyed ourselves
We were her to celebrate our anniversaries. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. the house was cute. We were only two blocks away from the ocean and not far from the local grocery store. We enjoyed ourselves! Prior reviews stated the garbage disposal wasn't working; but it worked great for us.

Getaway and stay
This property is like being home. Two king beds were perfect plus a 3rd room off the entrance with a day bed. Light and airy. Cozy seating. Close to beach access but it’s not handicapped friendly - very steep steps to go down or up. However, there are other places to get onto the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our new favorite place to stay
We had been staying at a local hotel for years, but with the pandemic, we tried a house to minimize contact with other people. We’ll never go back! And this house is lovely! I love the layout, nice open kitchen, and plenty of sleeping, watching movies, and eating room for us and our 3 boys. We stayed here last year for the first time (this was our second time staying at this house) and I can tell they made some repairs and updates. The garbage disposal didn’t work, but there was a sign so we knew before we even tried it so that wasn’t a problem. There are very few baking type pans, so buy foil ones if you’re planning to bake (there are cookie sheets - small ones - and muffin tins though), and no salt and pepper, but a few other staples probably left by others. Again, not a problem, just FYI. We loved the close walk to the beach, but know it’s a long flight of stairs to get down to the beach. It’s also a close walk to the book store and down town shops (plus the bakery and some fast food). We love this home and will try and stay here every time we come.

Great house near the ocean
Our family of 6 stayed in this house for our Oregon coast trip and we loved the location. It is just a few blocks away from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked so that we could cook our own breakfasts. The downstairs bedroom has a twin bed and a trundle bed and the upstairs bedrooms each have king beds. The carpet needs replaced and the whole house could use some new paint. There were several places where the baseboards and walls were scratched or had black marks, etc. But those were my only complaints. Great little house!

Great Time!
The property matched the description; there were no surprises. The home had everything we needed or wanted. Access to the beach is a plus. The neighborhood is quiet; Lincoln City itself is a busy town. We were there during unseasonably hot weather. Fans in the bedrooms upstairs would have been nice.

Cute Cottage
This cottage could use a refresh but the location and layout of this place make up for it. Gas grill was welcomed for quick burgers and dogs dinner. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels but 3 wash clothes for six guests was annoying. Quick response when garbage disposal was found to leak. Some noise from the street at night if you are a light sleeper but in Lincoln City the beach is the draw and location delivers on that.

Oregon Coast Stop
The house is in a great location just two blocks from the stairs down to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house showed some wear and tear but overall a comfortable stay.

Clean and comfy, but some amenities not in working order.
Everything was clean and comfortable. There were only two things I was disappointed about: first, the TV was temperamental, worked the first day. Finally got video to work the second day, but no sound. This wasn’t a huge deal, but nice to have TV on in the evenings. The garbage disposal didn’t work and emitted an odd smell. Once I informed them, they were quick to respond.

Well located, good size.
Less then a mile from a spot to drive down to the beach. The staircase is never worth it if you have young kiddos. Kids room with two twin beds. The spare rooms bed was extremely comfortable. The master was pretty firm, and Noone really fought to sleep there! Good TV's in the rooms. Wish the downstairs one had one too, and the living room TV is on its last leg. Good volume but really bad picture. On demand for the relaxation after long days on the beach. And wifi that functioned well enough to stream. Would rent it again honestly. Bring dish soap and trash bags as they only provide enough for the first two days. And fabric softener as the towels are like sandpaper 😝 as well as some cleaners if you plan on staying for more then a couple days to help keep everything tip top.
