Value for money . Nice & comfortable stay. Great location.

The Hotel has great ambience and supportive workforce, from the entrance to the Lobby area they are very welcoming, actually this is late review as we had family wedding functions in November and due to short period of time we could not hire the event management company but we could manage with hotel staff.

Nice hotel , wonderful staff , The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and Overall it was a great experience.

they declined to give us the booked rooms as per online confirmation and they charged us 1500 rupees for one night. they said they don’t accept the bookings from booking.com

They have literally said NO at check-in time, saying they have not taken any bookings. They said they have stopped coloration. It was very difficult for us to find new rooms. I paid twice of my budget to book another hotel. Very very bad. Please confirm your bookings with the hotel before your check-in date. Also the area is very lonely, far away from all popular markets.

Nothing. The room was so dirty, even the bedsheets and pillow were dirty.

The staff was extremely rude and uneducated. They lacked the key to talk to the customer. Even before he checkout time they asked us to checkout soon. What kind f hotel does that with their customer.
