Perfect for a short stay in Amsterdam not to farm from the town, clean, great staff.

Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. The only disappointment was the coffee. The location was a bit far from central Amsterdam which a bus to Central Station and the either walking or another bus into town. On the upside there were some nice restaurants close by and the hotel served very substantial "snacks" in the evening,

Fantastic location on the harbour in a new-built central area close to everything.

No kettle or tea-making facilities available. Everything costs extra. Especially disappointed by the complicated policy around bar vouchers: you can forego daily cleaning for a bar voucher (great idea!) but you’re not allowed to use the voucher to contribute to a more expensive bar item (eg reducing a 5€ drink). So all you can buy is a bottle of water or coffee.

The location was great, only a 10 min walk to the nearest tram which goes right into the centre. The hotel was lovely, will definitely book here again when I next visit! :)

this is a great place for those who know a little bit about how to get around amsterdam. two main tram lines are a short walk (like 5-7 minutes). the area the hotel is at is one of the up and coming upper middle class areas of the city and there are some fun upmarket cafes nearby. the rooms are HUGE by amsterdam city standards and clean and super quiet! I will def be back to this location as this is what i want in a hotel. this hotel also was the first i have ever seen to offer a free drink if you elect to not have your room cleaned.... brilliant!

there is no way to get into the hotel without going up some crazy stairs; this was a bit of a problem for my mom who is a bit older. there is some crazy wind tunnel at the entrance of the hotel as well, which not much could be done about but it nearly knocks you over - even when it seems there is little to no wind in the city.

nice view but you need to take the bus to go to town. it’s bright and very comfortable bed. Space sufficient for 2-3 people

no tel in the room, no room service in the evening. we left our room shortly past noon and it was not cleaned upon our return in the evening. The trashcans were still full. Room service was gone for the day Not what we expected from a Hotel

The staff is amazing, really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean, breakfast was really good and the view from the rooms was great. Not too far from the center by car or by bus. Really quiet area and hahing the docks near by is a plus.

When we arrived the room felt a little dark, and no view. So we asked if there was another room available, to which the staff member was able to sort this out and let us view another room which had a great view of the water and plenty of light. We was able to change to the new room with an extra payment of 20 euros. Its great you can link your devices to the music system in the room. The idea of exchanging drinks for no cleaning was great as this helped pay for some coffees. The cleaner was very helpful when we asked for more towels and rubbish to be taken. There are drinks (soft drinks and alcohol) and some food items you can buy from the fridge in reception, this is helpful as we didnt see any nearby shops to buy anything. Transport links are close to get in to the city. Wifi was very good

Not all staff members were that helpful, but the help we got when we arrived with changing rooms made this less of a negative towards the staff. There was no coffee machine or making facilities in the room so had to go to the breakfast room or to the reception area and this was an extra charge. It was a shame the downstairs restaurant was not available all the time, but there are drinks (soft drinks and alcohol) and some food items you can buy from the fridge. The hotel felt a little out of place in the area as is a mix of residential and industrial but you dont notice that once in the room espeically if you have a corner room with a view.

The bed was very comfortable however was seperated by 2 single mattresses. The room had a mini fridge, hairdryer, working space, and a good bathroom. The working area had a speaker system which was surprising and nice touch! Very spacious and the views were incredible from the windows, and curtains did an excellent job blocking out sunlight in the mornings.

Breakfast was too expensive, you'd be better off at a cafe in city centre even. The room was half done with the ceiling and a wall left bare and it was ugly to look at. It was poor that you had to connect your phone to the TV which led to a lot of issues. The walk to a bus stop was a bit long and tedious to do especially if you have luggage, but was about total 30 mins away from city centre (includes both walk and tram/bus) which isn't terrible.

Bed sheets were not changed, coffee machine was dirty.

We had one night stand and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable with all required facilities. We had a nice view from window to channel.
