The washing machine didn't work and spilled into the appartment, While the property could provide new towels to replace those I had used, the machine couldn't be fixed during the stay, so I had to wash my laundry at a friend's apartment instead.

Paid parking is 360m from the hotel, one night costs 20eur. Room windows were to the hotel yard - no view.

The property was really good value for money and the location was great-right in the the Centre. We had a power cut in one apartment but we were relocated to an alternative apartment straight away which was good. The 2nd apartment was more suited to a family because it had a washing machine and better view of the little square-the first room where we were put didn’t. It had everything we needed and was well equipped and comfortable

The only negative was that on the Friday Night/ Saturday morning there was a lot of noise from other apartments on our floor-two parties going on with really loud music to 23.15 at night and starting again at 05.30 which disturbed our and our children’s sleep-but this may have been a one off.

description on site says courtyard view , erm try lookin over bout 15 massive bins that were collected every mornin at 4am ! then again at 6 am !!! noise was unbearable! had we know that we would not have booked !, air con now workin , no toilet paper! plus the only door to stairs ( fire escape door ) locked !!! one day !!! and we couldn’t get out of the building !!!!!! to say we’re not happy is a under statement !!! never yous these again!!!!!!

Some difficulties in receiving the codes to get into the house, would suggest to send them by email or watsapp avoiding SMS as we weren't receiving them on different phones

This apartment is perfect for a group of young people that want to spend some nights of party near the center. The decoration is amazing and the space is too big, althought the cleaning was not the best :( The attention of the staff was great as they fixed some minor issues quite quickly.

My recommendation for the host is to do a DEEP CLEANING of the apartment from time to time. I don't want to get into details but what I found was even worse of what I found in the comments. There were even slices of bread under the sofa (wtf). It's a pity because everything else was great. If you come for work, as it was my case, you might find it not ideal if in the apartment next door (managed also by them) there is a group of 6-8 young boys and girls having loud parties in week days until 6am. Another thing but not so important: When I searched apartments in Wroclaw I added "laundry" in the filters. It seems that some apartments they manage have it but not the one I booked, and I noticed too late. If this is important for you, check it when selecting each specific apartment.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre, the communication with the staff was also very good, they left the keys in a little depository for us, so it didn't matter that we arrived after 9 pm, they provided very detailed information about the codes to open the doors and where the keys are. Everything we needed was in the room, the blankets and all...

the location was the best. around the corner for the xmas market. central location for bars, restaurants and in walking distance for lots of sightseeing locations.

the bedding could have been more appropriate as it was 2 single quilts instead of 1 king-size, and the spare pillows didn't have covers and were stained. no English speaking channels on the tv.

The internet connection is poor. There should be two sets of keys because it is inconvenient if multiple people stay at the place. There’s no corkscrew or bottle opener. There’s no shower gel either. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms is very hard to press in order to get some soap. A couple of hand towels to dry hands would be great.
