The house was newly updated, very clean and had everything you need. The stream and fire pit out back was calming. Everything is within walking distance. Great location! Beautiful views of mountains in the backyard. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrew!

Cute, quiet and clean house. The plus we loved was the short 5-10 minute walk to almost everything. Had plenty of essentials, towels and the beds/bedding/pillows were comfortable!Our first visit to Pagosa Springs and it didn’t disappoint. The Mountain pizza and the Lyft coffee shop were 2 minutes around the corner. Alley House restaurant is a must! Two parks, one at each end of the road were great for walking our dogs. We schedule a massage and soak at Overview Spa downtown. Thanks Andrew for sharing your house.

This property was perfect for us and our dog. The property is in great condition. Andrew is so easy to communicate with. The location is ideal and within walking distance to all the hot spots and parks. The house was clean. There was wildlife hanging out in the yard at night and in the early mornings.

This is a lovely home on our favorite street to stay in Pagosa! Impeccably clean and comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised with how well home was stocked - better than most places we’ve stayed, including kitchen, essentials (paper towels, TP), cable TV and streaming services, camping chairs, fishing poles, and river tubes. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

Andrew's house is ideally situated to explore downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan river trail, Reservoir Hill and the springs (resort and hippy pools) without needing to drive. The house is clean, very well provisioned, cute and quiet. I would add a small table near the couch and chair to be able to safely set my coffee cup while I eased into the morning. I would also add some outdoor seating options, though I may have been early in the season (early spring) and it is brought out later. My dog and I were very happy with our stay.

This was our first trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek and we couldn’t have found a better place. Walking distance to a pizzeria, coffee shop, and bakery- even in the cold. Parking is right at your back door and it’s an easy 25-30 minutes to Wolf Creek- even when the roads are snowy. The house is probably the most well stocked vrbo I’ve stayed at- there was nothing I needed that Andrew didn’t have on hand- down to ziplock bags and aluminum foil. I hope to return in the summer because the river is literally in the backyard. Highly recommend!

This property was a delight! Everything was pristine and clean. The property was stocked with all the necessities and within walking distance to downtown activities. We also enjoyed a campfire on the river. Also a plus..... comfortable beds and soft sheets!

Perfect location for walking around town. Can walk and jump in the river from the back yard. Front yard is the new sidewalk for the Riverwalk.

This is a great little spot to stay in Pagosa Springs! The house was very clean and comfortable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, plus there were even fishing poles and tubes for use in the river…which is right out the back door! The location is great, we walked to restaurants, shops, the park and hot springs. There are also great hiking trails and a disc golf course just up the hill. Host was very helpful and communication was great. We will definitely visit again!

short walk to all points of interest, but private and quiet. great location for families. property backs to river and cabin is equipped with tubes, all amenities you desire, tons of towels, bedding, kitchen stuff. we enjoyed watching the deer our yard

Adorable place, very comfortable, good location. BUT, it only has streaming (Sling) on tv so if you are interested in watching live sports... it's not going to happen.

I believe the property was listed as a condo, which is fine, but it is a free standing home. The home was clean and very comfortable. The host answered any questions I had quickly. The back yard was actually shared with the neighbors, but he is very nice also. The location was really good.

Riverfront location of this 2-bedroom home made perfect spot for me, my daughter and husband to spend a week in CO mountain town for hiking and working. Home was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Andrew was an excellent host. Highly recommend for spending a week in Pagosa Springs which is a fabulous mountain town.

The house is a sweet, wonderfully furnished home that is a perfect location. The owner is very responsive and we absolutely loved our stay!!

This little house was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the location. It is close to town, the river and river walk. I would stay here again.

The place is clean, exactly as depicted inside. The backyard of this home is another house and driveway. There are no window coverings on the kitchen and one of the other rooms, so I had to use caution as I walked around because the backyard of this property is the driveway to another property. It is awkward. Id be doing dishes (or walking by after a shower) and the neighbors were within 10 feet of the window making eye contact. Worse, we booked the place because we thought it was right on the river, but the neighbors yard is inbetween this place and the river. The river is roped off on this property, so you must access it from the neighbors yard. All in all, it was disappointing for the money. Shower handle broke first day, sink did not drain.

We LOVED this place so much. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and inviting. Kitchen stocked way more than expected which was so helpful. Great location with many restaurants and shops close by. The creek in back was gorgeous and view from kitchen window was lovely. Only drawback we had was not being able to get the tv to work. The dvd player worked so we were able to watch movies, but couldn't get tv to turn on for just tv viewing. Be sure to get instructions on that before you go. Would have loved local news/weather for snow forecasts but it forced us to have quiet time so it worked out fine. We would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to find a quaint get away and a lovely little mountain town. Would definitly book this home away from home again !!!!!!

This cottage was a delight. In the heart of town, four blocks to the hot springs and close to great hiking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved every minute! Location location location! Convenient walk to restaurants and all you need! Easy access to tubing, horse riding and more. Loved the river view in the backyard. Our kids played in the water the entire time! Highly recommend staying here to everyone!
