Good location, good price/value ratio

Sofa not comfortable to sleep, pillows are quite bad, bed sheet does not fit sofa, shower has not enough pressure, no shampoo nor shower gel

We stayed in this area to visit family. Nice and calm area, very clean place with basic equipment. We didn't have the apartment that is shown in the photos, but we liked aesthetically more the one we got. They are identical apartments sizewise. Communication has worked fantastic with the host!

First there was a misunderstanding with which apartment we should get in, so we entered the wrong apartment that happened to have an open door. Then we were lacking some towels and the place was a bit cold. All the above mentioned were solved quickly by the host and the communication has been very smooth. An other negative point was a bit of a narrow double bed, but not such an issue in the end.

Everything was clean and we liked that the apartment was big, better than staying in small hotel room. We also used kitchen because the restaurants were quite expensive.

Water in the bathroom has no power.

Amazing Location Close to Tram81(200Mtr), Metro5 & 1, MainLine Merode (500Mtr). Excellent facilities IRON, Washing Machine, Kitchen, Crockery & Bedding. Property owner very cooperative. Near many supermarket. Great place to stay for 3 adults and one Kid.

No Lift, difficult to carry heavy suitcases.

Quiet location. Smooth and kind communication with the host. Easy access to the city centre.

the location was very good, close to the metro and shops. The bed and other furnishings were comfortable. the kitchen was quite well equipped. the host was helpful and very quick to respond.

Good position in a lateral street, very calm both on the front and the back side. Close to the Cinquantenaire, 15-minute walk to Schuman. The host responds quickly and efficiently.

I haven't found the hairdryer as specified in the announce, but maybe the landlady provides it upon request - I did not ask, to be honest.

The Wifi only works in the living room. The signal is very weak or even doesn´t reach the bedroom. On the photos in Booking there is a TV that it is not working as a TV. After complaining I was told that I can use it as a screen to watch Youtube or Netflix if I have an account. On the picture appears the bath has a rigid bathroom screen but when you are there you will find it is a bathroom courtain and because the bath is small when you are having a shower your body is touching that bathroom courtain and it is not very nice. When I arrive there was an open yougurt in the fridge. Another thing is that the street where the apartment is located is quite and dark therefore if you are thinking about arriving late you do not feel very safe. I have to claim for my invoice for my company at least 3 times.

Spacious enough, good facilities in the kitchen, comfortable bed, good communication with the owner.

The neighbourhood is a bit strange, sometimes it was quiet, but most of the time we could hear a lot of random noise from outside. The whole building is not soundproof at all so we could also hear people talking, walking etc. in the other appartments. Also the location is really far from the centre, but if you like to walk to discover the city this shouldn't be a problem. The fact that from the bathroom you could enter directly in the kitchen.

Great fully equipped kitchen if you wanna cook. Big tv with Netflix. All in all very comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. Had a very nice stay.

Great location - close to cinquantenaire park ans merode métro. Lots of little takeaways close by - highly recommend snack libanais ok avenue des celtes. Quiet street Convenient parking - have plenty of change on you!

Very noisy neighbour downstairs. We found it difficult to get to sleep. Although he did quieten down after midnight. Also this is a simple apartment - classy is a bit of an exaggeration!
