Suited our needs very well and enough activity for all. Would definitely stay there again.

This property and the unit exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-managed, comfortable and full of activities plus great restaurant and small grocery store on premises. Christmas decorations were still up snd they were spectacular.

I enjoyed my stay at this Villa. The location was great and the room was very clean and spacious. It was better than described. The amenities were also great even though we didn’t end up using them during this stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the resort and our vrbo booking was fast and easy.

It was a beautiful two bedroom/ two bath and massive kitchen/ living room area! Very clean and fully stocked with utensils and dishes! Highly recommend and will definitely use again if we stay in this area! Thank you!

The room was very nice. A little out dated but nice. Had to pay to use the water park and also had to pay to use the amenities like fishing,basketball,and tennis courts. Overall nice place to just stay and relax.

We all enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that the waterslides closed at 6 pm. It should be free to. It was $25 per person.

Spotless. Beautiful. We had a few issues with AC for a few hours but it was addressed in mins. I was skeptical, wondering is it really as it’s advertised/photographed. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful!!!!!!

Beware false advertisement. 1. The water park pictured is additional cost of $25 per person per day. This was NOT listed anyway on the listing advertisement. This is the #1 reason we rented this property, to enjoy the splash pad/lazy river, etc then only after check in found it was additional cost. 2. Master bathroom toilet did not work upon arrival. Maint did fix after front desk was called. 3. Water was turned OFF to the entire property shortly after arrival but was restored on a some point during the night time. 4. Hot water was extremely hot, caution if you have children! 5. Shower doors did not stay closed. Magnet did not work. 6. Toilet did not flush well. Water pressure extremely low. 8. Plugs in master bathroom did not work upon arrival but were fixed. 9. Small bugs in unit (not bed bugs) *Overall the value was ok however it is important to represent the property for rent correctly and if there are any additional cost, you should always list the extra cost to the renter on the listing. We were very disappointed. We planned on playing at the splash pad/park every evening after visiting Disney to relax and unwind but due to the extra cost we did not. This was pretty disappointing.

The resort is in a great location and has a lot of conveniences and fun things to do. Great for a family but not for someone looking for peace and quiet as it was crowded and there was always a lively group near.

This property is at the top!

This was a lovely property, very well situated with so many amenities to keep you busy. Our unit was in a very quiet section, which was nice when we didn’t want to be busy. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped but we made do and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to the Orlando area!

What an amazing property and for the price it’s a must. Clean and has everything you could want. The spa was nice too. We’ll come back!

We loved it!!!

The place had hot water the first night we stayed. The second day, there was none. We also did not have A/C for the first night. I called the front desk at 9am and was told someone would be right over to fix it. I called several times, both the front desk and the property manager and around 5 pm someone finally came. They told us the A/C unit was not plugged in outside and that they took care of it. They said that the hot water was fixed and we told them it was not. They told us a few times from 3pm until 5 pm when the "engineer" came that it was fixed. It was not and when speaking with others at the resort (both gusts and employees), we were told that no hot water, no A/C and long to no response time was the norm. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

We will absolutely be back!

Convenient property with lots to do! Great amount of space

Property very busy lot of activities plenty to do grounds well maintained. Only negative, renovation being done in one section next to where we were staying started at 7am every morning.

Resort was very nice! Check in took roughly an hour. Overall nice stay

Friendly staff and perfect location for guest if you are attending the convention centre.

This property was very spacious. The manager communicated very well and from the front desk to the maids and manager everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much!!

The property was as advertised. The staff was friendly. The weather did not permit us to experience the water park but I plan on coming back and enjoy it.

1. Day 1. Lists it sleeps 8…the pull out sofa was dirty and lumpy. At best sleeps 6 if 4 adults want to share 2 double beds. Property manager offered to rent me another studio villa, we declined, as we could not spend more money. 2. Day 2. Next morning we woke up to a large live roach in the unit. We noticed the front door was missing the door jam on the bottom. We called the front desk and they put a new door jam in. I bought bug spray. Called the host, voicemail was full. 3. Day 3. Woke up to another huge live roach. Obviously there is a pest problem. That afternoon, we head to Master Bath to take a shower for a rehearsal dinner and water is pouring out of the ceiling. My son in law misses the dinner to wait on maintenance. I called the host and HE WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! HE WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO OUR PROBLEM THAT THE MASTER BATH WAS UNUSABLE AND UNSAFE. AFTER YELLING AT ME AND WHEN HE FINALLY STOPPED TO HEAR WE HAD A WATER LEAK HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! COULD NOT BELIEVE IT…Maintenance comes and at 9:15pm we are offered another room from Westgate NOT the host. We move at 11 pm and finally a nice overnight manager approved a larger condo for the second two nights. 4. If you are going to rent from Westgate, do it directly through Westgate and NEVER EVER USE THIS HOST…they are the absolute worst!!! After hanging up on me, we never heard from him again after I sent multiple messages.

We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We wanted space for the kids to do their thing and adults to have peace while visiting the local theme parks. This was perfect and the location couldn’t be beat. Parks, restaurants, etc were just a few minutes away. Never had any issues while visiting this resort, but checking in was a bit of a hassle and was not the most hospitable moment. Pools and property were great.

Room as advertised. Air conditioning was on fritz in first room and management was able to get us changed quickly. Would stay again

Property was so nice and close to all parks we wanted to visit. The condo was very nice and we could not have asked for a better place to spend my husband's birthday. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect place for a big family to stay. Suites are nice and the complex has plenty of activities for all if you want a day off from the theme parks.

Had everything we needed and was so close to parks and shops.
