I liked how the hotel was close to a lot of places I was going to while there so after a long day, it was just a 5-10min drive with traffic. I did not like the breakfast options at the hotel. I stayed 2 years ago and the breakfast had several options to choose which included all things and pancake maker; but this time it was just eggs, toast, sausage, cereal, juice and waffles. But overall it was a nice hotel for location.

Very dirty , our room was disgusting dirty, sheets smelled awful like it wa smashed never dried and the ac didn’t work was hot all night, the towels were rough disgusting , all night a non stop leak in the bathtub . The agent when we checked in last night very nice . That’s was it. But the hotel didn’t like it and is not . One thing elevator is dirty and hot for a second I thought we were stuck .

I was charged more for a larger room as we had 5 people, when I stopped y my friend rooms they were the same as mine. Why was I charged extra for the same room 😡

Okay hotel to stay. Worth value whatever you're paying. Nice break fast, hotel rooms and amenities are pretty old .

They need a variety of breakfast

I stayed 4 nights and no room service to clean up the room or atleast change the towels,other than that it seems reasonable for the price.

Happy to have found a last minute reservation so close to our other reservation. Was able to use my hotel cash helpful. Easy check in fast and helpful. Some updates needed in room but other that great place.

The tiki bar at the pool is great for food and drinks the pool is huge and there is a small playground for young young kids. Near everything!

About 45 min wait after 4 , no wash clothes (hotels does not offer management decision), shower Luke warm, tv choices very limited and very small, ice machine down (not communicated - when asked was told to to 711 down for the week) and last but def not least HOT TUB WAS COLD AS POOL! (Very important even called prior to booking to ask if it was running) Front desk was rude and in professional

The staff is so attentive and hard-working. They got me checked in early when they saw me waiting for a long time. They sent someone to the room so promptly when I had trouble operating the TV with a remote that I wasn’t used to. The room is furnished with what is neede. It is not freshly updated but it had USB ports of different sizes to charge my electronics and a microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge with a freezer. I liked the idea of asking for the room to be cleaned when I need not automatically every day. Good job on caring for the environment.

It was really noisy. At 2 am people talking loudly at our window. My family and I spend 6 night and 7 days. We received room service once because. I had to ask for it.whenI got angry because I had to take my daughter to Walmart to use the bathroom because of no toilet paper. That when we finally got room service, and it was the only time. There were no ice all the ice machines were broken.

The location is perfect close to Disney, outlet and shopping area, but the room was horrible with three (3) cockroaches. We had to use the sofa bed and when we opened it apparently they didn't even open it, the healthy ones were disgusting and full of food and the bathroom was very worse. little roast full of mold and the breakfast very very basic

Hotel is full of roaches, the building looks like is gonna fall apart at any time

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. In the pool area there were never any towels available. The ice machines were damaged. And in the pool area the person who runs the business is too pushy. But overall I liked it. In my opinion they should do some repairs. Because the hotel is deteriorating. There were torn sheets.

The breakfast was very good, the staff service was very good, only the room had a little smell of humidity, but it met my expectations.

You listed queen size beds but they were full size. This matters!

Convenient location for where I was going ... and I was able to walk there in 5 minutes.

Water leek roaches

When we arrived the front desk person was not friendly. No smile, didn’t check ID, told me the charges for deposit and handed me my room key. I asked if the hot tub was working and she said yes. We went to the pool/ hot tub. It’s not a hot tub. It was colder than the pool. Our room was gross. We were greeted by domesticated Racoons and Cats that were hungry and all but cornered us for food. The breakfast was not a breakfast at all. I waited this morning for someone to come to the front desk so I could buy Tylenol. I said Hello louder and louder multiple times. No one! I asked the breakfast lady and she said she couldn’t help us. We had a very thin blanket on our bed. Our tub was gross, our headboards had dried liquid splashed all over them. I bought a Miami vice from the tiki bar outside. When it was made I said “I thought you served this frozen.” The bartender said I didn’t request it that way and wouldn’t put it in a blender. Regardless of me paying $17.00 for it. They were rude, unavailable, trashy, not honest and didn’t want to work there anymore than I wanted to stay.

The hotel room was full of bugs. Crawling with them everywhere, especially in the bathroom. And our room key stopped working by 8:30am the morning of checkout even though we didn’t have to be out until 11. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to have it fixed.

Rooms were smelly and dirty. People were outside yelling until 3am. There was tins ofbhair in our beds and on our towels. Outlets didnt function properly. Breakfast was horrible.

We were mostly ignored during check-in. The carpets are sticky and it took quite some time to get the TV to turn on. We were provided coffee pods but there was no coffee maker. Breakfast ran out of waffles/pastries, butter and milk. Our second night, the TV wouldn't come on at all so we tried to call the front office but the phone didn't work. Had to walk around from the back and they did send someone out. He got it to come on but couldn't change the channel. He said he would bring a new TV but never came back. We got lucky the channel was stuck on an okay movie for the night. Would not recommend.

Hotel is super not supportive. Had book this hotel under mistake under a non refundable rate, and reached out for hotel for help, but waiting for days to get replied, and only getting formative and robotic reply. Also Expedia search function are really badly designed , really need improvement

The pictures of the property looked nice on the website, however it’s a completely different place when you’re there. All of the garbage’s outside were full. One thing they don’t mention on their listing here is that they don’t provide regular maid service like regular hotels do, you have to REQUEST it and only after the 3rd day. Needless to say I never got the memo until the second to last day of our stay. Our room was another mess, the AC kept shorting out over night so we’d wake up with the heat in the room. The “continental” breakfast is limited to scrambled eggs and sausage. Please read the reviews before booking, the price is not worth it.

Bathroom walls had mold on them. Hard time getting clean towels. Good luck getting anything for breakfast or having somewhere to sit and eat. Only good thing was the pool area.

The hotel is really old... a good thing is that it's near all the main attractions.

I was here 2 years ago when it was a Quality Inn. Since changing hands, it's gone down hill. I will be staying elsewhere on my next trip.

The man that checked us in was lovely. Unfortunately our room need a lot of cleaning and or painting and fixing. We had some sticky stuff on mirrors Sticker that someone just stuck on the lamp The walls are dirty and need cleaned and painted. Lots of random cats walking around. The bed was comfortable and clean but everything just felt a little off. Lots of signs everywhere and for some reason it is an issue to take your breakfast to your room. That is weird.

Please do not book a stay. The pictures look nice, but when you get there, the rooms smell moldy, patcges on the walls, the shower curtain rod was hanging off. One pull and it was done. My room would open without the keycard. I informed front desk before 8 in the morning, came back at 9 at night to find nothing was done. They sent maintenance and it literally didn't even take 5 minutes to fix. Not a lot of options for breakfast, honestly, just seeing the condition of the room made me not want to try the food. Jacuzzi was filthy!!! I'm talking about brown water for 3 days when they finally put caution tape around it. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.
