There wasn’t much that I liked. I’m honestly annoyed with the whole experience of the stay to write down something.

I didn’t like that even after showing up 2 hours after check in time we would still have to wait almost another hour for our room to be ready. Also the blood on our ceiling in the room & the toilet seat being broken. Also having to wait another 15 minutes to get into our room after our event because our keys had to be re registered 3 times.

I liked location, the staff was friendly.

I didn't like that out of 6 washers only 1 or 2 worked at any given time. I didn't like the constant smell of marijuana throughout the hallways and filling my room through the walls/vents in the bathroom. Lastly, I didn't like the random sounds of the fire alarm sounding early mornings.

Great location with a 7-11 in the same parking lot.

Beds were very uncomfortable. I found a plastic knife under my sheets.

The washer’s been broken over a week and staff or management has not made any effort to fix the problem as well people who’s long term stays don’t have any concern when it comes to other guests visiting

Loved the location, cleanliness of the room/bathroom and having a kitchenette! Many restaurants, entertainment and night life are nearby with little to no traffic. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind.

Having a stove in the room is very convenient, but no pot or pan was made available to utilize it. No body wash is given, like most hotels, so someone would have to make an extra trip to purchase one.

Weirdest hotel i,ve ever stayed in,more like a utility efficiency,no pool,had to change out your own towels and bedding,it said no pets allowed but multiple families had pets,some just puppys so non of that service dog b,s..the family next to us sounded like they were killing each other or about to come thru the wall,had to constantly get the key reset

I love it. I normally use another place. But from now on this is my to go place. I leave last minute on a whim just to get away. I'm a health Care worker and need to get away. This is the place for me!! Thank you!!!

The location and price were great.

I like the first night. After that it was down hill from then on. I like that it was centralized for me.

Where do I begin. A nice size room with kitchen but no utensils or plates or cups. They should be able to offer two of everything. No coffee machine u have to ask for one. They didn't have one available when i asked. They have the nerve to offer pots and pans for a fee. No towels after the first night. They never have towels during the mornings hours. Just at night. So between the hours of 12am to 6am when it is dead No one can wash towels and dry then. I have never smoked in my years of 56 years.The smell on my 2nd floor was bad. MARIJUANA SMELL STRONG. Many guest that appear to be not visiting Florida but from shelters and alot of construction workers are smoking outside but by nightfall they are in the rooms smoking away. They think that opening their windows works. All it does is push the smell to other rooms thru the hallway. Kids running around in the room from 10pm to 1am. No cleaning availability until u stayed 14 days I think. My tub was backed up. I called it in. But because it was a Sunday morning I was told that I have to wait till Monday. Someone did come during while I was out and did remove all the hair that was in the hole that day. Also no change for washer and dryer. This location is good for one night. More than two days u begin to feel like u are not wanted by the way things are kept. The employees and manager are nice but not helpful. Also my beds were horrible. For being a new place that open last year they felt like a bed from 10 years ago. Only two hangers. Again the towel thing was very upsetting.

The location and price was exceptional.

There was no box spring on the bed just the mattress. The mattress we had was broken, the springs on one side of the bed were completely worn. However, if you look at the pictures for the rooms no beds come with a box spring. The cleanliness needs to be improved but the hotel staff provided clean sheets and towels upon request. All staff was great especially the manager. Johanna was at the front desk and did not even acknowledge us or help when we had a question.

Only two towels, You need to take them down each night to get replacement. No Tissues, and one roll of toilet paper. I guess the guess are untrust worthy.
