Peaceful Seabright Townhome Retreat Near Boardwalk & Yacht Harbor
Maison de ville accueillante et propre au cœur de Seabright. Situé dans une rue calme, entre le port de plaisance et la promenade de la plage, et à quelques pas de la plage de Seabright; la plus grande plage de Santa Cruz a à offrir! Trois niveaux offrent un espace de vie spacieux, très propice aux familles. La chambre principale et 2e, avec salle de bain complète, sont au niveau inférieur. Le niveau principal comprend un salon séparé, une salle à manger, une cuisine galerie, une salle de bains et une buanderie. De nombreuses zones ensoleillées encouragent le rassemblement pour partager des histoires après une journée à la plage. Des comptoirs en granit ainsi que des tabourets sont dans la cuisine de la galerie. Micro-ondes, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires sont disponibles pour manger à la maison. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, et le salon avec TV LCD, est un endroit pour se détendre et profiter. Un demi-bain est également au niveau principal. Il y a une 3ème grande chambre en mezzanine au niveau supérieur avec entrée par un escalier circulaire. Les portes coulissantes en bois et en verre garantissent l'intimité, mais lorsqu'elles sont ouvertes, elles offrent une sensation d'espace élevée.
Il y a deux ponts, un adjacent à la chambre principale et le deuxième grand pont à l'extérieur du salon. Un barbecue est disponible sur le pont principal pour les grillades en plein air et le plaisir.

We loved this place. Had a girls weekend and loved that it had three bathrooms. Location is perfect! Easy walk to the boardwalk and short drive any place else.

There are other apps, and there are other hosts. Decent and acceptable are they with their longevity and their household name-ness. THIS is not that. This is a top tier experience. I had to go overboard with my reviews, but I just can’t help it in this instance. Suuuure, stay at the Madonna Inn. Suuuure, try that Air “b” and barely B that might seem nice. But those places won’t have class. They won’t be this easy. They won’t be perfectly located. They won’t take your mind off the stress of life. Not like this spot. Not like our new home away from home Beach House. Everything from the brilliant art curation to the way the wooden walls make you feel like you’re camping for the night nestled in a giant redwood, this place truly stands out among any other. The wood fireplace, the well stocked cupboards and linen cabinets. There is ever a small little stream and a lovely wide windowed loft with the most comfy wake-up-feel. With both stunning beach and lovely eatery (brunch, deli, gastropub and coffee shop) within a ~5 minute walk, this is *the* spot you should stay for your next trip, this new family of 4 will!!

An easy walk to Twin Lakes Beach and the small and interesting museum located there. Easy to walk to Ocean view playground and the boardwalk. Some traffic noise but otherwise quiet neighborhood.Two bathrooms are on the lower level. Not clearly stated in the description. Very tight bathrooms, cannot be a big person. Hard to move around and close the doors. Master bathroom two sinks and countertops were more updated than the picture shows. Picture shows one countertop with the bar type sink and faucet. Nice to have clean white towels and sheets on the beds. Was not sent the door combination by VRBO and we messaged the owner on our drive up and heard back just under an hour later with information. Lots of room to spread out. No central heat. Small Dura flame brand plug-in wall heaters on main level and master bedroom were hard to control temperature. Radiator style plug-in heater in lower level bedroom seemed to work well. Heaters are definitely needed on the lower level as it does not get sun. Loft bedroom without any heaters. Broken outlet cover next to the bed with light plugged into. It appeared unsafe. Adequate pans pots and utensils but not enough plates bowls and no sandwich plates. Could use more silverware too so not running the dishwasher so often. Convenient to have the washer and dryer. Safe area for parking on the street and two spots behind the unit.

It was a very nice condo with parking. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, the beach, and the Boardwalk.

This home was perfect for our family of five. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach. It was great to have beach towels, boogie boards and an umbrella all in the house. It was unseasonable hot so owner brought by an extra fan! All in all a great stay!

Great location. You can walk to the Boardwalk. The wharf is about a 15 min drive or less. Everything you can think of is supplied for your stay; it truly was cozy.

We stayed for 3 nights with our grown kids. Very comfortable home that worked well for us. Prettier than the photos. Well equipped, and everything worked out well. Great area with easy walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We'd love to stay again.

This place was great. Walking distance to the boardwalk and to the venue for 70.3 Santa Cruz. Quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Rooms were spacious and property felt comfortable. We will stay here again next time we are in Santa Cruz

The house was wonderful. Loved the three stories and space to spread out. Bathrooms were spotless, beds comfortable and house was quiet. Kitchen drawers and cabinets would benefit from deep cleaning. I would rent this home again.

We had a great time at this location, our kids loved the loft bedroom (though they slept a little less because of the light in the morning), it was a great location - very easy to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants.

Loved how close we were to both the boardwalk and Seabright beach, within walking distance. The house was spacious, and accommodated the six of us, except that the bathrooms were all pretty small, but with 2 and a half, we made it work. Enjoyed the private top deck and quieter neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and return myself 😊

We had a great experience staying in Santa Cruz for my nephew's wedding. There were 5 adults, and the accommodations were clean and spacious. The only issue we had was that my husband banned his head on the spiral staircase more than once!

My husband and I and our children enjoyed our time here very much! The home had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome! Nice neighborhood and walking distance to beach and boardwalk made it incredible! We would most definitely stay here again!

The property was cozy and clean. Beds were comfy! There's 2.5 bathrooms, which is great just note that the loft doesn't have a bathroom attached so you'll have to go down a floor or two to use the bathroom. The living room has great natural light and the high ceilings make it feel roomier. The master bedroom downstairs would be even nicer if the view out the back window wasn't of the parking lot. We kept the blinds closed which made the room dark. It has a washer and dryer which is nice.
Location is awesome! You can walk to restaurants and coffee shops, Seabright Beach and the Boardwalk within minutes. There is street parking as well as two spaces in the parking lot in the back. We'd stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay in Santa Cruz! Family of 4 - 2 adult children. We had plenty of space, very clean, great location - easy walk to the beach and local coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the Seabreeze Cafe which was just down the street.
Parking was very convenient and everything about this unit was comfortable! Would definitely recommend this property!

I took my two kids, 9 and 12, to Santa Cruz for the weekend. The house was great and we were able to walk everywhere. My daughter loved the local cafe and both kids loved being able to walk to the beach and the Boardwalk.

We had a fantastic stay at Scott’s place. The accommodations were clean and check in was easy. Location is super walkable, super cute cafe for breakfast right down the road along with coffee shops and a taproom within 5 min walking. Would definitely stay at this spot again!

A little holiday family reunion! We all had a great time. The location was great! Close to great coffee shops , restaurants, Whole Foods and a short walk to the beach. They’re a popular spot to walk to to see the sunset. House is clean, well equipped. 2 1/2 baths. Loft bedroom has such a comfy bed and in the morning you can hear the ocean in the early morning hours. Loved it!
