Excelente localização, staff atencioso, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, quarto silencioso, perfeito para descansar. Atendeu as expectativas, recomendo.

Als het raam open staat is het wat rumoerig, maar dat kun je verwachten in de stad. Met het raam dicht hoor je niets. Geen receptie om te melden.

The location close to the main square and local markets and attractions and Zagreb is a very walkable city, breakfast in Ficlek Restaurant next door was really good with scrambled eggs, bread, selection of cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, croissants. Room was well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows. Plush carpeted floor and great mood lighting. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating keeping in touch with us after a wild storm to make sure all was ok. A pocket wifi was provided (brilliant). Super powerful hairdryer.

Marko war sehr aufmerksam in der Weitergabe an Infos vom einchecken bis auschecken. Man ist mitten in der Stadt. Restaurant Ficlek sehr zu empfehlen, wirklich wie bei Mama Essen.

Eher ein Tip von mir: sollte man sein Zimmer gemacht haben wollen, unbedingt das Schild raus hängen, sonst bleibt es wie man es verlässt. Soll aber nicht als Kritik gelten, ist vielleicht der Privatunterkunft geschuldet.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. The room was clean with new modern furnitures, really pleasant. Marco (the manager) was very professional and was waiting for us to explain in details anything we need regarding the apartment or any other question we have about the City. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended!!

The interior was very tasteful . The bed was comfortable. And our request for an extra blanket was directly taken care of . Also a very nice bathroom. Location was perfect , in the middle of the city center, but quiet anyway even with an open window at night.

La struttura era pulita e centralissima:proprio alle spalle della piazza principale! Marko ,l’host, è stato davvero molto disponibile preoccupandosi del nostro viaggio da prima che arrivassimo fino alla partenza.Siamo rimasti in contatto durante il nostro soggiorno in cui ci ha suggerito ristoranti e attrazioni da svolgere.Inoltre ci ha concesso la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli

Interaction was excellent prior to our arrival. Instructions to get to the hotel were simple and clear. It is one of those renovated floors with hotel rooms within normal apartment buildings. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, very tidy, with a wonderful shower. Marko and the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, very attentive to our needs (so much that our flight to leave was really early in the morning and they provided a take-away breakfast the night before - this was awesome!!!), they gave us good recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable, including having lunch or dinner at the restaurants in the 1st floor of the building (a very fancy one and a typical Croatian one - food was incredible in both!!!). If I ever go back to Zagreb, I would book again undoubtfully.
