The location was just superb and so was the breakfast.No complaints as regards the size of the room but would have been happier if it was slightly larger…perhaps about 15 to 20 sq.ft more but it wasn’t a deterrent.

There was nothing that we didn’t like but since we had 2 suitcases and 2 cabin size carry on bags we felt slightly restricted for space.

Už papildomą mokestį yra galimybė automobilį palikti viešučio saugomoje aikštelėje., bet aikštelė yra už 100 m. perėjus per gatvę ir pėsčiųjų tunelį. Privažiavimas prie viešbučio automobilių aikštelės yra per pėsčiųjų gatvę.

I thought the location was the absolute best, when I return to Zagreb I will definitely book Hotel Dubrovnik again. Breakfast was fantastic. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say I had a fabulous stay. Thank you so much.

The car park is extremely difficult to find - it took us a while. Then, finding the hotel from the car park is another challenge.

All of it, the hotel room was nice and comfortable, professional and well accommodating staff, and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location was right next to the central square, very strategic. Thank you Hotel Dubrovnik!

location was incredible and lots of space with wonderful facilities. Dagmar who greeted us was so lovely, we had snacks and wine on arrival and she went above and beyond. Petar the owner we also met due to a small issue with a lock and he was efficient dealing with that.

To help improve their service, I felt staining on the carpet in the room needs to be improved and upon checking out I was asked to pay for the room again, when I brought it to their attention I had done so already on booking.com and on top of that I was left waiting for my receipt whilst the person attending took a phone call and I declined to wait. Not good customer service.
