The hotel was good value for money, the location was spot on and the staff were really good. We stayed during the worst storm in Croatia's history and despite the room being flooded due to the windows being open, the staff were quickly on site to clean up, replace all sodden mattresses and towels.

Nothing per se, one of our rooms had a mezzanine floor that was unfinished with a bed frame which was a little unsightly but nothing major.

It was modern and location was excellent. Beds were comfy and rooms were nice. Breakfast area comfortable aswell and staff friendly.

Noise. Smell in the bathroom and windows difficult to open for fresh air. We could hear other people talk from the other rooms. We knew it was noisy as they said, but compared to other hotels it is not too expensive.

The party in the room next door was very loud. And the walls between them are very thin. I was a member without my consent...

Perfect location, close to the public garage, super market and main square...staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Tram creates a lot of noise, no fridge in the room. Shower hose should be added.

I liked everything, I really enjoyed my stay here and will certainly return. The room was superb and the balcony was perfect. The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh but the last day I had an early check out as I had a train to catch, so the staff kindly made me a breakfast box 'to go' ready for the following morning. I came back to the room early one day simply so I could sit on the balcony, drink tea, and watch the world go by - for me, this hotel simply 'got it right' When I return to the charming city of Zagreb, it shall undoubtedly be here that I stay.

Just little touches that would have been nice, traditional / breakfast tea bags and a little sachet of milk in the room - perhaps two bottles of water would have been nice in the fridge also. There were fruit / green teas and coffee already in the room, but no traditional tea. Perhaps it was simply an oversight on that occasion, but I asked at reception and it was not a problem as they brought me some.

the location is great you can walk from the bus station it’s 11mins away and a 10minute walk and you are in the centre. nice and clean

Bathroom had a sewer smell, it was awful. Shower wasnt well cleaned, I found other people hair. The walls need a repaint. The walls are really thin and I could hear people walking and snoring. Breakfast was limited.

Conveniently positioned, close to the all tourists’ attractions. Superb breakfast, very professional and friendly staff. Good size room.

Sound proofing of the property which meant that one could hear guests in adjacent rooms. Otherwise nothing really, overall a great stay.

It was amazing we felt so happy to be there. Very clean and close to the center .. Breakfast is very good... the staff is kind and very helpful. The environment is super.

Staff’s flexibility with assisting someone having a family emergency rather than just quoting “policies”.

The room was bright and spacious and the personnel was kind.

The only drawback was that there was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

If I have to say something - the traffic right next to the hotel (when trams are going by - you can feel the vibrations ....but its not too bad)
