Niché au cœur de Pacific Beach, à 30 secondes de la célèbre promenade de Pacific Beach et à distance de marche de l'avenue Garnet animée où vous pourrez déguster une variété de plats délicieux, des pubs et des clubs. Idéalement situé à San Diego, ce condo en bord de mer se trouve à proximité du centre-ville de San Diego, du zoo de San Diego, de La Jolla Cove, de Seaworld, du parc d'attractions Belmont et du Crystal Pier. Le mur géant de fenêtres en verre fait entrer l'extérieur. Lorsque les stores sont levés, il transforme les espaces de vie en balcons privés donnant sur l'océan Pacifique. Ma maison est très facile d'accès. Vous entrerez par un hall et récupérerez votre clé aux coffres-forts. Il y a une place de parking pour vous dans le garage. La piscine, le spa et le toit-terrasse sont communs.
Pacific Beach a tout ce que vous voulez. Que vous préfériez passer votre temps avec votre famille à la plage en toute tranquillité ou passer du temps avec vos amis la nuit, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire. Le quartier est très sûr, il y a constamment des policiers en patrouille. Si c'est la paix que vous recherchez, évitez l'avenue grenat et le boul. Mission entre 22h et 2h le vendredi et le samedi. Si c'est une fête, vous le trouverez dans ces rues en plein essor vendredi et samedi. Ne manquez pas non plus le mardi Taco qui est célébré partout à Pacific Beach. Quel que soit votre style, il y a quelque chose pour vous ici à Sunny San Diego!
Tu veux te déplacer? A proximité se trouvent des locations de vélos, des scooters comme Bird and Lime et des taxis. Mais mon moyen de transport préféré à San Diego est Uber ou Lyft. This is our 4th stay at Matthew’s condo, and each time exceeds the visit prior. The location can’t be beat, great views, and great condo. The couches have been upgraded since our last stay as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Great location, nice sized condo, and a thoughtful host. The pictures don't do the view justice! The host was responsive with the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here! It was only a few steps out the door to the beach. The condo had lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We loved also having a pool available. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. We didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning but with the windows open the ocean breeze kept it at a lovely temperature. We all hated for the week to end.

This location and condo were perfect!! Amazing views and great location for the beach, stores and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again. I had a question about the Wi-Fi and the owner responded quickly. The condo came with beach towels to use plus lots of boards and chairs to use at the beach, which was so helpful!

Wonderful location for a short family vacation. Property is within walking distance to all of PB dining and activities and the beach views from the condo are beautiful. We will be back.

Good location. Floor needs to be mopped

Good coffee maker needed to have vinegar ran through it so it would work extra bedroom had tv but no cable box so we could no watch it. Beautiful view and clise to everything

We stayed here for 1 week. The accommodations were exactly as described.
The king sized bed and room was excellent - beautiful sun rises and sun sets everyday, looking out onto the beach and ocean! The shower was nice (rain shower) and there was lots of room!
The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds ,- full closet and a dresser with lots of drawers. My daughter and my mom stayed in this room and said it was very comfortable.
The living room was excellent and the second bathroom with a tub was nice.
Overall, we had a great time! The beach is hopping every day and evening! It is nice to have a security gated area for parking and building security. Everyone was very nice!
There is no air conditioning, so you will want the doors and/or fans going. The fan in the king room was great - my mom said the fan in the 2 queen room was very loud. They used the window for air flow.
There are lots of towels and extra bedding (pillows and blankets). It was very comfortable!
There are also beach toys/chairs etc available- we didn’t use them, but they were in the big closet.
The laundry room is right outside the door - very convenient if you need it. This is an end unit, so you have limited neighbours. It was nice and quiet.
We loved this place and would definitely come back again!

We’ve enjoyed this property many times. I must say it’s time to upgrade several of the furnishings (couch), and at least upgrade the main television to a smart tv and double the size.

This is our third time staying at Matthew’s condo. It was fabulous as always. You can’t beat the location and views. Since our last stay, I noticed a couple improvements….the hot water faucet in the master bedroom was fixed, and there was plenty of body soap (and shampoo) for our stay. We were missing wash cloths and hand towels, but I found a couple wash cloths in the other bedroom closet.
I love the ease of getting in and out of this condo, having a reserved parking space, and being able to walk to the beach or restaurants in minutes.
The only downside to our stay is the 10:00 AM check out. I would love an extra hour! Thank you for another great stay!

everything was so nice, we really enjoyed our stay, beautiful spot! the only i would say is that the place could use a good mopping! the floor was dirty, not to the eye, but our feet were black walking around barefoot. other than that it was wonderful!

Very nice corner oceanfront unit. It was pleasantly busy on the beach and walking trail during the day but quiet at night. The only issue was only having one key between the 4 of us. Doing things separately with only one key was difficult. We requested a second key but did not get one.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!! Perfect for kids. Only draw back was it wasn't long enough!!! Our suggestions would be to have 2 key fobs and wash cloths.

The photos for this haven’t been updated so what you see online isn’t how the condo looks. It’s been updated and gorgeous from photos posted. Also, if you click on the address from Vrbo for directions, it doesn’t take you to the right place so just type the address in your browser. The location was perfect and the large windows let in so much light and wind. It was gorgeous and already planning to come back. Tons of beach stuff so don’t bother buying or bringing anything.

We had a very good experience with this property and the property owner. Our family of five had plenty of room and all the conveniences of home. Matthew had all the beach toys, towels, chairs and boogie boards we could ask for. It was a great perk! The condo is directly across from the laundry room and that was super convenient too. We were right on the beachwalk and we appreciated being able to walk everywhere and leave the car in a safe parking lot. The biggest draw (as adults) was the amazing views and sunsets. We literally decided not to go to sunset cliffs because we had it so good at the condo.
All that being said, it is true that the space has older appliances and could be considered "dated." We are an out-and-about family so we did not care about the aesthetic of the space. Everything was well-cleaned; there were extra blankets and all the utensils we could need for cooking and cleaning. I only had two issues while staying there. First, the balcony doors do not have working locks on them. Granted you are easily 30ft above the ground so you don't need to worry about people getting in, but if I had littler children I would be hesitant. Second, there are very bright spotlights on the building just below the master bedroom and they remain on all night. I wish I had known that before and I would have brought a sleeping mask.
Overall, we would return and rent the same condo from Matthew at the Capri by the Sea.

Loved it, our only complaint is that there was no air conditioner and two of the fans were broken so we got pretty warm. Would have really loved air conditioning. Other than that, it was a great space and close to lots of great restaurants. Loved the beach access and pool area, too.

Beautiful views
We stayed at this property last summer so I’m a bit late in writing this review but just wanted to say we really enjoyed our stay. It was so great to wake up to incredible views of the beach and have it right at our doorstep. The owner was friendly and professional. Easy parking & the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great for the kids. Thank you!

Gray location
This is a great location. The unit provided beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and a few other things for a day at the beach. The view was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Would book again.

Lovely first time to PB
We loved it. Location location location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Groceries at Ralph’s (Krogers), restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream. Will certainly return and absolutely 100% would recommend.

Excellent oceanfront experience
The view is everything from this condo complex. The property has individual unit parking spots that are gated and secure (some above ground, some in garage). This is essential to not having to worry about street parking or security. The unit is a corner unit so lots of views!!! A few items in need of repair-broken window covering or no coverings in main family/dining area. Comfortable and clean. For us it was all about the access to beach and views so this place delivered that! Oh, and easy walk to town for restaurants. We had a great time!

Loved this unit! The extra screen door made such a difference. There were a few cosmetic things that needed to be updated. We would love to stay in this condo again.

Great unit and location!
We really enjoyed the unit, beach and pool. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach was perfect.
Unit had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which was very helpful.
Washer/dryer is close but not in unit and is pay for use.
Pool & hot tub was nice.
Complex has a rooftop patio and bbq grill with amazing views. There are large flood lights on the beach at night so it feels very safe.
Couch, beds very comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again.

The condo worked out perfectly for our family getaway. You can’t beat the location. It’s a little dated but that didn’t bother us at all.
