Notre maison de ville est située à Shipyard Plantation, qui est une communauté fermée privée dans un cadre paisible de pins de Caroline, de chênes drapés de mousse et de palmiers tropicaux. Dans la plantation, il y a trois magnifiques parcours de golf de 9 trous pour tous. Il y a des kilomètres et des kilomètres de sentiers pavés éclairés pour faire du vélo ou de la marche, ainsi que des lagunes pour la pêche et l'observation de la faune. Le chantier naval possède également un club-house en bord de mer avec accès à la plage privée, de nouvelles toilettes, des douches extérieures et un parking gratuit.

La maison de ville dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec 2 suites principales - une au rez-de-chaussée et une au deuxième étage, pour plus de commodité et de confort. Il a un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert avec un nouveau plancher en bois-vinyle et des pièces fraîchement peintes partout. Une cuisine ouverte et moderne avec des comptoirs en granit est entièrement équipée avec plusieurs mélangeurs, une mijoteuse, un four micro-ondes, un four grille-pain, une bouilloire à thé, une cafetière, un mélangeur à main et plus encore pour une cuisine facile et divertissante. Il y a une kitchenette et une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapé-lit queen-size, une causeuse, 2 fauteuils club et une grande console avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD. Une grande table de salle à manger avec une feuille supplémentaire et des tabourets au bar de la cuisine peut accueillir n'importe quelle foule. Carrie’s property was beautiful and we had the most amazing vacation! Loved the location of the property, so close to beach and pool. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the golfers tee off in the morning. Overall, a wonderful place to stay to have a family vacation with our grown children!!

We loved this cute and comfy unit in The Greens! It was the perfect size for our family of seven. Great location near the pool and a quick bike ride to the beach. Would highly recommend, especially for families with pets.

We had such a relaxing two week stay. The condo was perfect for our needs. Loved sitting out on the deck, so quiet and peaceful. Not too far from the beach. The owner was quick to get back to me when I had a problem and I hope to return in a year or two.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as presented and the Shipyards location is perfect for beach access,dining and all activities. Only suggestion I would make is to have a handheld electric blower available to clear the occasional dropping of pine tree debris on the deck area/furniture. Highly recommend this property. Carrie is an excellent Host .

Our family really enjoyed the condo. It is very well taken care of and has everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable (!!).
The location was perfect for walking to the beach and walking through the Shipyard location which is amazing. The walking paths were wonderful for afternoon and early evening strolls. We saw deer, alligators, and other wildlife throughout the gated community.

Perfect stay for our Christmas to New Year’s family getaway with our dog. Place was great - very generous and spacious, excellent equipped kitchen, fantastic location with proximity to beach, tennis, and shopping.

My wife and I have been staying in Carrie's property since 2018. It is always a fantastic experience. Carrie's villa is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Not to mention Shipyard is close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores, so the convenience is a huge plus. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Everything is as pictured/advertised. Timely, clear and great communication about the stay. Very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood while the beach was quite busy for off season/October. Loved this location and proximity to the beach. Felt like home away from home and enjoyed our beach time and some great restaurants on the island during this visit. Kitchen has mostly everything you need (in terms of equipment/tools and some seasonings). Bring your own oil(s) and other condiments if you're planning on cooking and eating in the unit. A hook in the detached bathroom (looked like there was one at one point but appears to have fallen off/removed from the back of the door) would have been helpful to hold clothes/bath towel but not a big issue. Hope to come back in near future for another great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greens within Shipyard Plantation. This home was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the pool was nice also. We were even able to bring our dog which was so nice. The layout of the townhouse was perfect for our family. We would certainly come back again. Wonderful unit! Unit is clean and mostly updated. We did have issues with the washer and dryer and were not able to use them until they were repaired mid-week. The appliances are older and I recommend that they be updated. Other than that, the property was perfect!

The condo is large and decorated beautifully. It’s super cute. Beach style. Great color scheme. The townhomes are older, is to take that into consideration. But you don’t feel it when you’re staying inside. We stayed on the ground floor in the master bedroom. Our adult children and grandson stayed upstairs. The AC works. Amazing. And trust me. You need it in the south. Lol. The master bedroom shower has great water pressure. After coming home from a day at the beach, I looked forward to taking a shower. The water heater always had enough hot water for our entire family. The washing machine worked great. The dryer not as well, it took a couple of rounds to get things completely dry. The lint trap was checked… So it may just be an older model. Take that into consideration.
The location on the website doesn’t give itself enough credit. You are so close to the pool. I’m talking steps to the pool which is wonderful. And so close to the beach. Honestly, having bike riding around the entire resort. And checking out the different neighborhoods. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one. You are so close to the pool. So close to the beach. Not around busy golf cart exchanges. Set back a little bit from the bike path. It was quiet and perfect in its proximity to, everything in the neighborhood and outside

We were familiar with Hilton Head and Shipyard and needed extra space for our family. The Greens is a great location and this property was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and our family liked the large outdoor living space. We would return again.

Townhouse had plenty of space for two families. The two master bedrooms were great. Location is close enough to the beach that you can walk/bike to the beach and ride to Coligny. Only complaint is that the bed in the upstairs master was not comfortable. All other beds were great. Loved the couch on back porch.

We definitely highly recommend this very nice, comfortable and well maintained and dog-friendly property. Nicely decorated, it doesn’t feel like a rental. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all that is needed to cook delicious meals. Also, great location. Quiet environment and convenient, quick walk to the beach. The large deck with a view of the golf course was perfect to relax after long days outdoors. Most of all, Carrie is the very best host. We had a small issue on arrival and she was super quick to respond and solve the problem. Hope to be back soon with our furry baby!

I am a review reader when searching for a place to stay. I depend on the honesty of the people who have stayed there before. The location was great and the wrap around decks were extremely relaxing. The TV in the living room was impossible to watch, maybe it was the lack of knowing how to manage all of the different channels so we gave up on it. It was well stocked with everything needed but I did bring my own so very little was used. Upon arrival the whole place smelled of something rotten, it was the garbage disposal which Carrie did help with getting it resolved. She also helped with the dryer that would only dry two towels at a time, it will now dry a whole load. Thank you for that. The biggest issue was the floors were extremely dirty. Our socks were black after walking on them. There may be a few long pup hairs left but I cleaned up short black pup hair. Overall a good vacation.

My family had a great time at Hilton Head. Carrie's condo is lovely and had all the necessities a family would need during their stay. We really enjoyed the lovely wrap around deck to drink coffee and barbeque. The trip to the beach was short, and having a beach parking pass sure helped with loading a bunch of kids stuff and chairs. We would definitely stay at this property location again. It was our first time in Shipyard, having stayed many years in Palmetto Dunes.

The unit is exactly as described and worked well for seven of us and our small dog! Very close to the pool and easy bike ride/walk to the beach! Carrie was extremely responsive to our questions. I recommend and would stay here again ! Try the Sandbar Restaurant, great food!

Great family vacation!
We enjoyed our week at the condo. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with a nice patio on the back side with a great view on the golf course. We rented bikes - the paths are so nice to ride on! Carrie was quick to get back with us when we first arrived with questions about location and entry. We so enjoyed our vacation here!

We had a great stay at the villa in Shipyard. The pictures do not do it any justice very nicely decorated. The villa is extremely clean. We felt very at home. Everything is available for cooking and grilling. Great outdoor furniture for relaxing in the evening. Easy walk to nice beach and quick walk to pool. My dog really enjoyed walking the Greens. Very quiet area. The hostess Carrie was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions. Would highly recommend. I know we will return.
