Our unit was absolutely perfect for us. We had three families for a total of 10 people and our unit provided plenty of space for us all. The rooms were spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was perfect for watching the ocean and the sunset. We definitely plan on making this trip again and would love to get the same unit.

Thia place had everything we needed to spend a week at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the common areas were big enough to accommodate a family of 13 people. All of the adults had their own private rooms and we were able to concentrate on just spending time with our family on the beach. We will definately look for this property next year for our annual family vacations.

Improvements needed for parking. 4 family's. 3 vehicles. You get 1 at the condo and 1 across the street. We paid for one parking space 2 blocks away $89. Need a step by step guide on how to operate TV.need to know how to adjust fans. Need more towels please. Other than those the Condo was clean, beautiful decor, easy access to beach, fabulous beach with wonderful beach company staff. The views from Condo and the beach were perfect. The building staff were excellent. I would rate 4.4 out of 5.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The location was excellent, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent views! The property was very clean and met our expectations. The extra large sectional sofa was a plus for our family. Beds were comfortable. The sliding doors from the bedrooms to outside were a little difficult to get open. Appliances were nice and new. The gym was a nice amenity, but the code only worked when it wanted to. The pool is mostly in the shade and not heated, so we didn’t get to get in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Very clean. The only thing negative would have to be the beds. The bed were definitely not sturdy. Just sitting on the bed, you had to be careful. The one bed near the balcony, had a unstable bed frame. The bunk beds were definitely wobbly. Probably upgrade to better beds and over all would be a 5 star.

The condo itself was very unclean. The building has an elevator and widened doorways but nothing else is accessible. Toilets are literally tucked in small rooms and there are huge lips out to the balcony. It isn’t handicap accessible.

We enjoyed our stay at Marisol! The condo was extremely spacious, and all four bedrooms had plenty of room. Having two sets of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was exceptional. The pool is very small and cold. However, since it's a small property, we only had one day that was overcrowded. The floors in the condo were not very clean, although I'm sure it's hard to keep clean floors at the beach. I wore socks to keep the bottom of my feet clean. There were 8 of us, and we had no problem with running out of hot water. The code pad on the door is very temperamental, and whatever you do, do NOT lock the deadbolt! You will be locked in! All vacations rentals have issues, so overall, a nice unit.

Parking was a huge issue during the holiday week. Took us an hour and half to get parked one night. We paid for two spots and someone took our other spot. Had to park in the grass. We wle not go out some nights because parking was such an issue. I think on a normal week parking might be ok just not during a holiday week.
Our saving grace was Jeanna the Parking lady manager at the condo. She came in on her day off to assist us because there was no where to park.
Other than that I would recommend this condo but parking needs to big fixed!

Excellent location!!! Check in was very easy, condo was exactly like it was shown, clean, access to beach was easy. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Arrived on time and housekeeping was still cleaning. Was about 30 miles minutes later before we were allowed in. Once in noticed floors had been sprayed down but not mopped. Grit and dirt all over. Area around waste can was disgusting on the floor and trim. Something had been spilled on the floor next to the bed in beach side master and left. Human feces was on the shower curtain in the middle bath. (I did not find out about this until we were leaving) The toilet in front master had not been cleaned. After spending Sunday cleaning all the floors they were much better. Will not be coming back to this property.

Great condo for a group celebrating highschool graduation. We had four adults and six 18 to 20 year olds on the trip. The condo had lots of space, was very clean and good access to the beach. It was a great trip.

The condo was very large and a great layout for our family. When we arrived, the weather was colder and rather windy. We had hoped there might be a few small blankets/throws in the closets for this type of weather, but there weren't any. You definitely need to bring supplies for the 1st day-not much provided for compared to other condos we stayed in. The balcony is wonderful with the stools and attached tables-beautiful view of the beach.

The location was excellent! Lots of room in the condo. We found the floors to be somewhat dirty. The vacuum cleaner did not work, the two closet doors in the one bedroom were off the rails. We chose this for the recliners, my husband has Parkinsons and it’s hard to get out of a couch. When we got there, the furniture had been changed. The air did not work properly. It definitely could use hand towels and hot pads. Coincidentally, we all got the flu immediately upon our return home?? Other than some minor details and it could have used a good, sanitary cleaning…. All else was good. Because of location, we might consider using it again, if items are attended to. Great location… close to everything!

Great location! Plenty of room. The room was dirty, bathrooms had mold, floor was filthy, stains on the walls, comforters on beds were not washed. Ice maker was broken, iron was missing, only one roll of toilet paper and only one trash bag Had to buy both first day. Batteries missing in remote control. Could be a very nice place if some maintenance and upkeep were done. I think they only changed the sheets and put clean towels in the room and forgot to clean anything else.

Condo was beautiful but we had 4BR and 12 people there was only 2 parking pass and we drove 3cars in the email we got said there was parking for 4 to 6 dollars a day but no it was $12 a day and we stayed 6 days was not happy about that but it was a beautiful condo clean we had plenty of room for a family of 12 and also I wish the pool was heated!

Great view (corner unit), lovely, clean, well-kept unit. Minor issues (no water or ice in freezer, dishwasher detergent unit broken) which we were able to work around. Need to be more clear about when beach chairs cease to become available (after 11/1) as you are on your own in the off season. And whatever you do - don't move the pool furniture!

We were extremely happy with the room and location. It is very spacious and had everything in the kitchen we needed except pot holders which I had taken my own and it could use a few more kitchen towels. For it to be a 4 bedroom, I just wished you could have at least 3 parking spots. The overflow parking lot wasn't that far away but a little inconvenient. Overall we loved it because it was so big and clean and no wait time at all for the elevator. They have upgraded the living room furniture from the recliners pictured on the website to a L-shape couch which gave us plenty of room to all be together and it is super nice. We will try to rent this again if our whole family goes. Thanks for renting to us.

This condo was an amazing beautiful place right on the beach. This is a must stay condo. My family had the best time sitting and listening to the ocean on the balcony. This is a beautiful unit in a wonderful complex in the heart of PCB. Prior to arrival I had questions I submitted to the management company, with no response. I tried email and phone, nothing. Upon arrival unit was very dirty. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies ( mop and cleaners) before the family could enjoy the unit. Again contacted management co. w no response. Ever.

Beachfront Condo
We had the best time in your condo, it had everything we needed and then some. We were there with 9 people and had no problem. Loved the view of the ocean and the complementary sets of chairs were the best. The beach crew was very accommodating. We saw dolphins also. It was the 1st time for both our 14 mo grandchild and another adult In our party! She also loved Rosemary island which was also within driving distance. Lots to do and lots of memories were made. Thank you and I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Great stay
My family, friends and I would definitely stay here again. The location was great. Never had to wait on an elevator. The only complaint I have is the pool was too cold to get in. We did not like how it was pretty much fully covered. Other than that we had no complaints.

My children and I stayed with friends at Marisol 705. The location was great and the condo was really nice. The check in was hindered by an unfriendly employee of Marisol. The pool was so small and had no hot tub. The facility was really clean and well maintained. The was never a wait for the elevator. The condo is near everything and we had a good time.

Everything went well. We had a problem with the sliding balcony door from the living room but it was quickly fixed. New furniture has been put in. We were a bit disappointed as we would have preferred the recliners as pictured. Overall very nice large condo. Marisol is a lovely quiet building.

It's all about the sunsets
Had a wonderful 4 weeks at Marisol 705. Views from the balcony were spectacular. Condo is well appointed with comfortable bedding. It is close to restaurants and shopping.
Management responded quickly to get the wifi working and to change a light bulb.
Building is well maintained except the pool is not heated. Never had to wait for an elevator. Access to the beach is easy.
Would stay again.

Our group of 9 loved this condo! It was roomy and you never felt like you were on top of one another. The size of the complex was great as there was no waiting for elevators and the beach wasn't packed!
