Obiekt był wyposażony w odpowiedni sposób. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja - niedaleko centrum jak i dworca. Pieszo bez problemu :-) Do marketów typu Lidl 1km, mniejsze sklepiki bliżej. Nasz apartament był odnowiony, chociaż wyposażenie w kuchni bardzo skromne. Brakowało też choćby kocyka (do przykrycia były tylko prześcieradła.) Gospodarz miły, pomagał w razie potrzeby. Zdarzało się, że podczas naszej nieobecności doniósł nam coś czego brakowało.

W mieszkaniu czuć wilgoc, wszystko wydawało się być wilgotne. Okienka w całym mieszkaniu były tylko 2 (jedno w sypialni i jedno w kuchni) i wychodziły na mały dziedziniec. Praktycznie brak naturalnego światła. "Ogrody" to mały dziedziniec w środku kamienic. Problemem był też prąd, wyrzucało korki podczas używania piekarnika. Na szczęście gospodarz pomógł je włączyć ponownie. Netflix niby był "na wyposażeniu" ale jednak go nie było (logowanie na zasadzie kto pierwszy, ten lepszy). Na podwórku są kamery (skierowane na wejścia do mieszkania i na stół z krzesłami- miejsce do odoczynku). Może niektórym to nie przeszkadza, ale my czuliśmy się trochę dziwnie i niekomfortowo. Właściciel remontuje pozostałe apartamenty więc codziennie od rana było słychać młoty, udary, wiercenie, wyburzanie drzwi itd. Mieszczą się one zaledwie kilka metrów od naszego więc hałasu i pyłu było dużo. (Na tym samym dziedzińcu, naprzeciwko). Powinna być o tym wzmianka przy rezerwacji.

Unfreundliche Aufnahme, weil ich Spreche kein Englisch und Italienisch und der Empfänger war sehr unfreundlich. Auf der Tür hängt Note 9.2 2020, aber jetziger Zustand ist von mir max.. 7.0, keine Säuberung, keine frische Handtücher wie sagte Francesko "wir kein Hotel".

Good location, very close to the train station and about 20 minutes to the old town. There are many shops and places to eat in the area. The patio is just like in the photos - super nice. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom small but clean. The kitchen has everything we needed. What I liked the most - the water dispenser in the kitchen! Our flight was in the afternoon and we could leave our luggage until late. Very comfortable. Overall - a very good stay!

ベッドルームは一見、綺麗だったが寝てみるとマットは薄く柔らかく、寝心地が悪い上、ベッドカバーはスナック菓子の匂いがして不快極まりなかった。 また、キッチンには色々道具は揃っているが、お皿やフォークなど、使用したままの汚い物が入っており、非常に不快だった。

Location

The property was located close to the city center (about 10 minutes walk) and to the airport (via metro). The host seemed friendly and helpful.

No one came to clean or take out the trash. The hot water pressure was low or not running at all during night time, the towels and the dishes looked dirty. Part of the door frame fell off due to wind and we had to reattach it. The same issue was in the bathroom, where the frames were moldy and peeling off due to moisture. Even if close to the center, the area where the property is located looks like a slum. We checked in (and out) on time. The host takes feedback personally and gets defensive (as it can be seen in all negative reviews, it's never their fault), instead of fixing the issues people have been complaining about in their reviews. We've left the apartment in the same shape we've found it, but to anyone going there, please take photos of the apartment, otherwise they'll blame you for anything broken.

Geile Unterkunft für große Gruppen, die trotz Privatsphäre gemeinsam unterkommen vollen. Kleine Zimmer mit kleinen Küchen und kleinem Bad - aber alles sauber und ausreichend. Im Innenhof kann zusammen oder auch alleine gesessen werden. Direkt am Eingang gibt es auch ein Kiosk und weitere kleine Läden. Park kann etwas schwierig werden.
