Aconchegante, sossegado e bem localizado. O apartamento fica numa zona muito interessante de Lisboa, com vários sítios para passear tanto de dia como à noite. O centro comercial Vasco da Gama fica à 10 minutos à pé assim como a estação dos comboios e dos autocarros, caso queira visitar outras cidades. A estação do metro fica também há poucos minutos caso pretenda visitar outras áreas de Lisboa. Um excelente espaço para quem pretende descansar ou passar férias com os amigos ou familiares.

Richardo was so accommodating, with such an amazing personal touch. We enjoyed our welcome wine and treats, which was very unexpected. The pool area is lovely and very clean. The apartment itself is spacious and clean.

The property had the essential that you need for self catering, the location was good.

Unfortunately, cleaning services are not offered on a short stay, and even the essential that should have been provided according to the website (toilet paper for example was not provided as it should have been), only half of the roll was there. Finding the property once on the street was not easy, I’d say to locate it as it didn’t match the picture that we saw on the booking.com website, we had to stop at various establishments on the road and none of them knew where it was as already mentioned, the picture didn’t match the add. When finally we stopped outside the property, the gentleman supposedly security in reception didn’t seem to know anything about anyone arriving. Basically we were over an hour trying to figure out whether we’d been scammed or if that charming looking place on the web photo really existed as no one in the area knew the place and we couldn’t get hold of the property contact person.

Great apartment! Clean, modern, very spacious, very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for a very enjoyable stay in Lisbon. The swimming pool is a wonderful added bonus, especially since we were traveling with our 2 kids. The apartment is conveniently located right next to a metro station, train station not far as well. And you can get an Uber to reach downtown Lisbon in a few minutes. Ricardo was a very friendly and responsive host, before the trip and during, he answered all our questions, and the process to receive the keys was perfectly smooth and well explained.

The property was modern, very clean, tidy and great facilities. 24/7 security and a fantastic outdoor pool. Very close to the Metro.

The property was fantastic. Only downside was we couldn’t get into the property until after 3pm, we had an early flight and ended up taking the suitcases down to the marina etc whilst we went for lunch. (to offer a luggage drop off would be ideal.)
