Atendimento da recepcionista péssimo, quarto que reservamos com duas camas de solteiro não havia e nos deixaram com uma cama de casal, sendo que outro grupo de amigos chegaram depois e foram acomodados em quarto com duas camas de solteiro.

Rooms and bathrooms are good size and modern

Property is advertised as having a swimming pool but there was no signage for the pool in the hotel, asked about the pool and discovered it’s a shared pool with a neighbouring hotel and pool was extremely busy all the time - too small to be a shared pool between two hotels

Centrally located hotel, near public transport.

The location was awesome and the personnel at the hotel went above and beyond to accomodate us. They were so helpful with getting us a taxi to the airport. We enjoyed walking everywhere. The 2 bottles of water for guests in the lobby and expresso machine were appreciated. The elevator was big and speedy. The bar in the hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed watching the bartender concoct drinks and my old fashion was one of the best I have had. Only wished we would have known about the restaurant in the evening. I heard it gets great reviews and we weren't aware that it switches to a Japanese/Sushi restaurant.

Our fifth floor room on the end was tiny. Very hard to have 2 large suitcases and only one place to put one. The coffee was great at the restaurant but wasn't happy with other choices of eggs, no waffles or pancakes, omlets, etc. Need to offer more pillows in a room and directions with the shower.

Location was a few minutes walk to the Metro

The Breakfast was small with not a lot of variety, but what it did offer was good.

Outside noise from chillers if you let window open overnight. A bit outdated (carpets with stains, bathrooms installations)

Reasonable Use of Tivolli pool & location

When we arrived got very small room even though double room double bed confirmed changed us following night to double room inconvenience annoying😡

Just a bit off the beaten track. Also, would have preferred a restaurant other than Japanese. I prefer broader did choice.

Clean and clear, good sunlight, calm environment, large balcony. I had a really comfortable stay after a long day of work. Highly recommend.

Lovely location, great breakfast buffett. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made recommendations, reservations and arranged transportation when needed. I will come back here.

The beds were not the most comfortable, and the shower continued to leak on the floor. But still loved the stay!

Very run down and in need of restauration

Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet. A pair of my trousers was lost at the laundry and the staff made superhuman efforts to find them. They succeeded after I left and are sending them to me. I cannot say enough good about this staff. I have stayed at this hotel and its predecessor since 1968

It is difficult to get into the shower/bath and needs more hand grips to avoid a fall
