A bit dated, not often lived in. I guess it's Lani's apartment. Good locality. It was cheap and available. Good wifi.

Complicated check in. A dozen messages just to get in and find apartment. Address not clear. Parts of apartment never cleaned. Sad furnishings, poor TV reception. Like many apartments it had small cockroaches. Rules for everything staying here. Don't get pool water in the eyes or ears. Apartment accommodation...hmmmm

the owner was responsive

worst ever that we have stayed!!! the place had cockroaches when we stayed. the cleaning lady went to do some disinfection but to no avail, there were still a lot of cockroaches after (see photo). to think that we had a 1 yr old baby with us, we would not have opted to stay in such horrible situation. who can sleep at peace when you wouldn't even know those cockroaches can creep up to you anytime! the air-conditioning when we stayed had to fixed because it was so hot even at its lowest temperature. the linens looked like they have been used for ages! stained foam and pillows. the pillowcases looked like they are new but the pillows inside... disgusting! the owner charged us even for their bidet hook that was too rusty it was falling off the wall screws already! can you imagine that?! charging the renters for the decaying state of their fixtures! if you want to experience such horrendous stay, pick this.

clean. well situated. great value for money. easy communication. couldn’t be better. great pool and best place I stayed in Davao so far.
