Great facilities, the pool was really nice, the house has been just builded. Dennis welcomed us very friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier. That was super nice. Every day a cleaner came by to provide you with towels and ask you if everything is ok. So the villa is really clean. Amoudi is a nice and quiet town with a few restaurants and not very touristic. A nice place to relax. We could send Dennis a message about everything and helped us out with renting a boat and hiring a car, which was really nice and helpful. We would recommend this place to everyone. It is the most beautiful place to stay!

Perfect location, nice Vila, friendly staff. We were satisfied with location. Small not overcrouded village with supermarkets for daily needs, good restaurant Amoudi and sea 3 minutes by walk with sandy beach. Fantastic.

WiFi and GSM is poor

The house is rather new so all the installations are quite good. The furniture next to the pool is perfect to relax. It has air conditioning in every room. The host is always pending on your needs and always responsive. He helped to arrange the taxi back to the ariport.

The beach that is walking distance is not cozy at all. You need a car to reach the villa and to move to the closer activities. The date in which we went was not ideal because almost everything was closed (April). The outside pool does not have any heating system so it was impossible to use.

The villa was fantastic and the hosts were superb and really helpful throughout. The location is great, with the sea and restaurants seconds away.

Host was very friendly and helpful. We turned up earlier than expected but he had no qualms meeting us at the property within 5 minutes. He also provided very useful recommendations on restaurants and cafes to visit. We liked the facilities within the property - nice outdoor area with loungers to relax around the swimming pool, outdoor covered dining area, well furnished kitchen and BBQ facilities, good storage etc. The host cleans the outdoor area on a daily basis so the pool is kept in good condition.

We visited in April which was off peak for tourist season so all the restaurants nearby were closed. Even in the next town only a handful of restaurants were open so we had to travel about half an hour by taxi to get into Zakynthos town for anything we needed. We unfortunately did not have a valid driving license in Greece but I would say renting a car is a must to stay here!

Excellent property with pool an added bonus. Property was cleaned everyday. Everyone was friendly especially Dennis, our host was extremely helpful and responsive to any query we had. Would go back again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great house with a private pool and a patio with everything you wish for. Very nice people. The local beach is small but very nice. And two of the best taverns in the whole area are located in just a few minutes walking distance. We had a great holiday and would definitely come again!

The sofa bed in the living room is too short for an adult. It fits only for children up to 1,50 or max. 1,60 height.

Very good location, close to airport about 25 minutes and close to the sea side about 5 minutes.

The property was exactly as described. Spacious villa with plenty of natural light. Nice pool that the host was cleaning regularly. Quiet location, great place to relax. Extremely clean

Clean swimming pool, in the middle of Olive’s Orchard, 2 min walk to small, not crowded beach with Cristal clear water and fish/ definitely for kids and adults a like 😀/. The villa is run by very kind and nice couple. Great Fish Taverna at the beach. Definitely coming back next year!

Queen of Zaknthos was beautiful inside and out. Just as good as the pictures. Would definitely rent again.

It has great views from bedrooms, parking is possible, walking distance to beach, quiet place surrounded with olive trees, good for family and kids

Doors could do with being locked from inside as younger kids can unlock by themselves. We didn’t have any issues but our 3 year old wakes up early and had a habit of wondering downstairs had to mention.

the villa is totally the same just like the pictures, maybe the pics make it little bit spacier but in the end its the best for 4 people! You can fit in 6 people i guess but the last 2 has to live in the living room/kitchette area downstairs.
