The property is in a quiet location with lake views and access to the boardwalk which is fantastic. There are plenty of rooms for the family to spread out and it’s great that you can bring your well behaved dog.

Very spacious and well equipped. Close to the lake, beaches and national parks.

House positioned across from Merimbula airport and road, with some associated noise. Nearby building work made access difficult at times.

Location & aspect of our Cornwall Cottage. Very nicely presented with lots of windows for light to come in or to look out. Particularly liked the sun room looking out onto the water and beyond. Lovely garden, privacy. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous views, great environment, clean and quite, The cottage was perfect The house was stocked with all the equipment any person would need. I am going to recommend this to all my friends who I know would appreciate such a property.

The house has a great feel, mostly excellent design. Possibly French provincial feel. Great space in the reading room, quite unique.

The lounge lacks any lumbar support and we did not find the bed comfortable, it is not a Queen
