Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12ème étage coin côté est convoité sans vue obstruée sur la plage et l'océan. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les cl��s pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés l'appareil est très spacieux, nouvellement meublé et nouveau sur le marché de la location !!

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. We had a great time. Condo is beautiful and meet our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool, slide and beach the most. Looking forward to coming back. Great time of year to come as it wasn’t overly crowded anywhere.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : )
The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out?
The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, very nicely decorated, beds were comfy. And the VIEWS! We could see dolphins from the balcony, schools of fish in the water and just had a great time. We loved the place so much we want to return next year!

Condo is in a great location has great beautiful views plenty of space and amenities. My only complaint is the floors are very dirty all of us had to wear shoes while in the condo to keep sand and dirt off our feet . But otherwise beds were comfy, kitchen even had a Keurig . Would definitely recommend, I just hope the housekeeping would improve considering you pay a cleaning fee you expect the floors to be swept and mopped before arrival.

This condo is a great place for a family get away!! If you look past the dirt, it is everything you need. The condo is in dire need of a deep clean. Mold in showers, dust and dirt everywhere! But it’s a perfect location! The pool has nothing to do with the condo, but the pool needs to monitor the food and people throwing food around the pool. Plus they need to lighten up on guests throwing a ball. We are there to have a good time. I witnessed the security guard trying to place a child in time out for going down the slide too fast.

Issues that need attention: Wood hand rail on beach has screws backing out someone will eventually cut themselves. The last step to sand is much to deep need more sand or concrete step added. Elevator keyboard on right (first) does not function work when pushing button to floor 12.Furnace filter in room was filthy looked like it hadn't been changed in 3 months. 2 guests got sinus infections and to had to get Z pack prescriptions. furnishings were good adequate space for 13

Senior Trip - with Adults
This condo is the perfect place for any trip to the beach. We chaperoned 8 high school graduate boys and everyone had a blast. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and even some novelty shopping.
Everything was as described and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!
