I could drive up the Cabin and keep my car in eyes view and it was safe. The cabin was fully equipped with Kitchen tools and there was a fire pit to use. I slept like a baby! Comfy bed! Full bathroom and non-stop hot water. Felt like a little condo/cabin, with A/C and Fireplace. Very unique and rustic feel. Clean. Nice Towels.

The state is building a highway offramp next to the property but right now no impact.

Lovely apartment in restored horse barn. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

A coatrack and hangers would be helpful (no closet)

The shutters in bathroom do not fully close. When I was getting out of the shower kids staying at Panther Valley were looking through the cracks. I heard them and saw them. I was not happy.

Shower head leaks, remote control batteries need replacement, front door needs better locks for the inside, strong mouse smell, and traps underneath the sink, fan is dusty.

there was nothing in our confirmation that told us what cabin we were assigned. it was not listed on the property description and it was dark as I was randomly running around to every cabin checking for the one with an unlocked door as our confirmation said the door would be unlocked. could not find one unlocked and ended up leaving after calling and no one answered. received return call after we had pulled up to another hotel and had to drive back to property to find the name of the one we were assigned. In the dark with a flashlight.

We stayed in The Ranch, not Morning Star. It was wonderful and so close to the Jeep trails! It felt homey and comfortable. I loved the personal touches.

The Spa tub doesn't work. Unfortunately, I was looking forward to that and needed it after a day on the trails.

No phone service. The wifi worked good but I like to be where my phone service works. It worked on the road but soon as we turned onto the property phone service went out.

We had a lovely stay at PVR. Our Jungle suite was great. The bed was fantastic and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. We had a small problem right after arriving but someone quickly came and resolved the issue. I had a mishap with the stove (ok...a small fire :/) but Roger was very understanding. The contactless check in and check out was a breeze. This is definitely out in the country but downtown Hot Springs is less than 15 minutes away, best of both worlds.

It's hard to see the TV from the bed and it cannot be moved closer. That's it, that's the only thing I can come up with!

Bed and pillows were the best. All the comforts of home. Sitting on the porch enjoying the view. Fire pit at night with neighbors. Very relaxing. Will be back.

We loved everything you bring yourself and food they take care of the rest . Owners are super friendly. They make you feel at home . Beds are amazingly comfortable . The view and the peace and quiet atmosphere is just awesome. We will definitely be back.
