Spacious, nice area, loved the lakeview, great water pressure in the shower, loved the hot tub, comfy bed.

we liked everything, the cabinets are a little dated.

I like the room it was nice and clean

I didn't like the distance from the Main attractions. The description on booking.com needs to be updated because the room shown in the picture wasn't the actual room that I got once checked in. I had to pay extra money to upgrade the room which I feel wasn't my fault.

the master bed, lumpy, turned mattress over it was much better , someone should check these occasionally

The tub and fireplace were my favorite.

as always my stay was fantastic

the ac/heating only goes to certain temps so it can get hot at night in there for my liking but to each their own so I bring a box fan.

Love Los Lagos. Our second time staying. Adorable small apartment 1 bed. Very comfortable all round. Everything provided. Quiet and close to shops and some amazing local restaurants. Easy check in very good keeping you informed about everything.

The fridge in the apartment was hard to open due to the carpet. Everything else was wonderful.

The location was beautiful. The staff was nice.

The bathroom was not clean, and there were cobwebs in the entrance and on the patio. The rooms are old, but there needs to be more attention spent on overall cleaning of the property.

Suites are clean, bed comfortable, & property is quiet.

I was disappointed when using the outdoors pool area. After exiting the jacuzzi & pool my family and I noticed white substance on parts of our bodies. There are no signs alerting guests not to use the jacuzzi or the pool. I am uncertain if it was paint, but the jacuzzi looks like it is in need of a makeover. Lastly, there was toad frog in the pool & no observation of the pool area being maintained although the pool tool to remove foreign objects & insects were in pool area for guests to use i guess. I really want to bring a big group there in the near future and hope the pool & jacuzzi area is renovated by then. Also we weren't able to do boat ride because of staffing issues (understaffed) but we understand this is hard to manage. I wonder how accommodating it is when a large group wants to use boats on site when fully staffed... didn't seem to be a lot of boats
