Grand appartement de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains avec un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un appartement avec balcon. Il y a un ascenseur dans le bâtiment et un garage.
L'appartement se compose de deux appartements de 2 chambres, l'un du salon est utilisé comme chambre. Les chambres sont grandes et pleines de lumière et presque toutes sont en suite. Il y a deux canapés-lits doubles dans le salon et ils sont espacés pour que tout le monde puisse être à l'aise. Il y a aussi une très grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes.
La maison est située en plein centre de Prague à seulement 10 minutes à pied du célèbre Pont Charles et à 5 minutes à pied du Théâtre National. La place Wenceslals et la place de la vieille ville sont également accessibles à pied.
Il y a un garage surveillé situé dans le bâtiment qui est disponible uniquement pour les clients du bâtiment. Si vous êtes intéressé à garer votre voiture, veuillez m'en informer à l'avance. Il n'y a que 4 parkings et si occupé je ne peux pas vous confirmer la place mais vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans un garage proche. Merci de votre compréhension.

The apartment appeared to have been recently renovated, and it is very well equipped and situated. It is convenient to the New and Old Towns, tram stops, and major tourist attractions. Two good restaurants and a small supermarket are within a few minutes walk
The apartment was very comfortable and well-maintained. We had two issues with it: the bathroom walls and bedroom doors are fogged glass, limiting privacy. Also, the hallway is very noisy and one apartment had a party with loud noise that kept us up all night. I sure hope they were fined 200 euros!
The manager was easily reachable and we would likely stay again.

A fantastic property
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The units themselves were perfect for our family configuration, allowing us to be close (next door) yet still enjoy some privacy between the two units. Well furnished and equipped, we did not feel any lack of amenity, and our experience was as expected or better, given the online presentation. HIGHLY recommend.

Central location, few footsteps from Moldau; though quiet street. Both apartments are large, clean and well equipped. Fast and clear communication with property manager.

Nice property...great location.
My party of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in Oct 2019. The property was as listed and we were very happy with the choice we made to stay here. We each had our own bedroom and bath and enjoyed the full kitchen and open living space. Additionally the location was wonderful and close to major attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping.

We absolutely loved staying at this location. It was close to many good restaurants and easy walking distance to local sites. It was also close to the transit system which is super easy to use! We loved walking down to the river at night which is only a block away. You could listen to music, have a drink and watch the sunset with spectacular views! Romana was great to communicate with! She was very responsive. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The property was excellent and beyond our expectations
Property is in the great location of New Town. Accessible by foot everywhere. Never needed to take any transportation. We rented 2 apartments and they were spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent for several couples or families. The building is a very nice looking. Will recommend to all our friends.

Was told there were 5 bed rooms, there were only 4. Would have liked kitchen towels. I would suggest putting instructions for appliances in the notebook. Also, thought we would be all together not 2 apartments. Loved the neio
