Beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff, comfy rooms. Super welcoming. Brilliant breakfast options and helpful recommendations for restaurants.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok merkezi.Bu sayede çok rahat ettik.Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili.Özellikle Peter Bey çok cana yakın biri :) Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve çok güzeldi.Her gün odalar temizleniyordu.Lobide sınırsız kahve,su hatta şarap ikramları vardı.Otelin binasının tarihi mimarisi ve şıklığı çok hoşumuza gitti.

Keşke kahvaltıda her bir ürünün ne olduğuna dair açıklaması olsaydı.Çünkü domuz eti yemeyenler için neyin domuz eti olup olmadığı konusunda bilgi sahibi olamıyorsunuz.Tabi ki tek tek sorsaydık cevap alırdık ama biz sormadan diğer ürünlerden tercih ettik :) Bir de çıkış günü resepsiyondan taksi çağırmalarını rica ettik.Biz normal taksi çağırılacağını düşünürken sanırım otelle anlaşmalı lüks bir taksi geldi ve çok kısa bir mesafe için çok yüksek bir bedel ödemek zorunda kaldık.Bu konuda dikkat etmenizi tavsiye ederiz.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solventamos muy bien el problema del idioma, la ubicación a 10 minutos andando de los puntos turísticos mas recomendados. La habitación mas que suficiente.

Por poner un pero sería la temperatura muy elevada de las habitaciones, tuvimos que abrir las ventanas por que había excesivo calor,

Lovely hotel in a lovely spot, only 200m or so from old town square. Wine at reception for guests and fizz at breakfast if that takes your fancy. Great selection at breakfast, yoghurt, muesli, meats, cheeses, pastries and hot selection of sausages, eggs and bacon. My fave was the peas, sweetcorn, green beans and onion😋. Our room was a touch on the small side, however the staff kept it clean and it had everything we needed. We used the "Bolt" app to organise our trip back to the airport which worked out at €15 instead of the €36 quoted by hotel.

Nothing to say here apart from the size of our room, but it was adequate.

I had the best time at this super welcoming, cozy Hotel with great and friendly staff. My room was clean, smelled nice, had everything needed - there's Coffee, water and pastry available during the day, that can be enjoyed on the lovely terrace. Definitely recommended, I will Sure come Back

Underpowered air conditioning.

In the centre of old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and a nice bar. Rooms are good, clean and you hear almost no noise. Charming building.

You could not get the room really dark if you want to sleep longer in the morning.

The hotel is rustic and cozy, on the ground floor there are complementary coffee, pastry and water which can be taken and enjoyed in the saloon or the terrace. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is big and the cleaning is done every day. The reception staff is very friendly and competent in advising you regarding attractions or restaurants. There is a dedicated room in which you can securely leave your baggage if you checked-out and still have a couple of hours to spend. The breakfast includes many options to choose from and one will not get bored if one knows how to combine them.

Location right near the centre and all the main sights were within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Prague in the New Year was magical with the Christmas Markets and decorations still up not forgetting the very good cheap beer. Xx

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but you had this available all the time in the main hotel. Breakfast was very good, although you have to be there early for all the choices.

Excellent location, very close to old town square. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was poor. Cooked food was generally cold. Replenishment seems to be done upon complaining. Very limited options for guests with food Intolerance issues.

We stayed here for the Christmas break in 2022 . Here is my experience 1) Hotel Location - 4/5 - good location in the old town, walkable to most attractions 2) Hotel décor and ambience - 4/5 - very good - old touch, posh look and feel 3) Breakfast - 3/5 - limited choice, food runs out quickly and and slow service for replenishment. very small plates, small area to sit. The hotel doesn't have a regular restaurant or room service. For breakfast a bar is converted 4) Rooms - 4/5 - fairly decent sized room with good décor, clean, nice beds 5) House keeping - 4/5 - prompt service and proper cleaning of the room everyday

6) Reception staff - 0/5 - See below: The reception staff were arrogant, rude at times. With no smile, they behave as if they are in an immigration counter. they don't even look in the eye or face while talking - forget standing up from their chair. (always on their computer). Realised this when we checked in.. All the different staff on shifts at the reception had the same / similar behaviour. a) As the room was stuffy, I went down to check if they have a fan for some air circulation, the reception guy had no idea what a fan was - I had to explain to him and then he says he will find out and let me know- , which he didnt even after 8 hours , So I checked again and then he says 'no we don't have it ' - No 'sorry' or anything. b) A sign saying Free air condition (AC) was put up at the reception and guests needed to request the reception to switch on the AC (this I found very odd) . c) As the room was stuffy and with no fan available, we called the reception to request the AC to be turned on and the answer was a curt 'NO' - At first he says, the AC is out of order , then he says we don't switch on AC during winter, then he says 'in this country we dont use AC during winter' The responses were very curt, one worded with no apology nor any other options offered... d) So we spent 6 nights in a stuffy room - of course we could open the windows then it becomes cold at night- we were simply looking for some air circulation which we couldn't find! Overall - Although the hotel in general is good for reasons above, the whole experience was kind of ruined just by the behaviour of the reception staff. A refresh of the reception staff and/or proper customer interaction training will go a long way. I would simply not recommend this hotel because of this - unless this area changes and improves. Remember reception is the first interaction we have when we arrive at the hotel!
