A szállás szuper helyen van az Óvárosban, mindent nagyon könnyen el lehet érni, látványosságokat, élelmiszerboltot, éttermeket stb. A hotel tiszta, kellemes hangulatú. Van edzőterem és squash pálya is. Az étterem rendezett és stílusos. A szobánk tágas volt és tökéletesen felszerelt, az ágyak kényelmesek (én közepesen keménynek gondolom). Van egy roof top bár is a szállodában, de mi azt nem próbáltuk ki. Érkezéskor kupont kapnak a vendégek egy welcome drink-re és a szobába be volt készítve egy üveg finom vörösbor, ami szintén a hotel ajándéka volt. Távozásnál kaptunk egy kedvezmény kupont, amit egy következő foglalásnál fel tudunk használni mi, vagy ismerőseink/ rokonaink. A személyzet felkészült, nagyon kedves, mindenképp tovább emelik a hotel színvonalát. Csak reggelit fogyasztottunk a hotelben, de e tekintetben óriási volt a választék és minden nagyon finom volt. A személyzet folyamatosan tölti a tálakat, és rendben tartják az éttermet. Minden szempontból elégedettek vagyunk, ha Prágában járunk ismét, akkor biztos itt foglalunk szállást.

Le petit-déjeuner était correct et varié. L’emplacement était à 10 minutes de la place de l’horloge donc très bien placé.

Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons eu 1 appartement de 3 chambres (mais 1 seule salle de bains et 1 seul wc) à la place d’une chambre quadruple. Merci aux 2 personnes de l accueil pour se changement.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Praag, op ca. 10 minuten wandelen van het Oude Stadsplein (Staroměstské Náměstí) en de zeer fraaie Kruit Toren (Prašná Brána). Parkeren kan in de directe omgeving en is gratis als je je kenteken doorgeeft. Het is wel erg druk in de omgeving qua parkeren, maar wij hebben elke dag een plekje in de buurt kunnen vinden. Het hotel heeft ook een bar / restaurant, maar ook in de omgeving zijn er voldoende drink en eet gelegenheden. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en de hygiëne is erg goed. Het allerbeste is nog het zéér uitgebreide ontbijt. Er ontbreekt helemaal niks en alles is super lekker: klasse!!

In de avond hadden we wel wat last van nachtlawaai. We konden niet precies thuisbrengen wat voor geluid het precies was: de wind of voertuigen (weerkaatsing tussen de hogere gebouwen?).

Das Zimmer war nicht gut ausrichten. Und die Betten waren sehr eng, auch die Matratzen waren nicht bequem.

Die Parkplatzsuche hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet. Man braucht etwas Geduld.

Location, staff and accessibility

Breakfast was average. Rooms without A/C so they are extremely hot in summer.

Great location within walking distance to old town attractions, near by bus stop, restaurants, grocery stores all within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet options. Beautiful rooftop bar with panoramic views. Multiple chess boards in the reception area and also the giant chess board on the roof top bar.

Need AC during summer months, got pretty warm inside in the room at night. Opening windows did let the cool air in but also the noise which kept waking us up many times.

There was no air conditioning and the room was the same like in the budget Hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

We got room 412, on the top floor, which consists a bedroom, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. The door to the terrace could not be closed, there was no lock in it and you know how surprised I was waking up from the laughter of people staying on my terrace, who freely from the next rooms through the windows can enter it and I can not close the door. Privacy? Zero. Anyone can enter the room and search my belongings. I informed the staff and was told that "they are waiting for a new door and that I should not worry because nothing ever happened"... great but I do not cross the hostel and the facility for which I pay 200 Euro per night expects service at the level of a 4 star facility. Unfortunately, no one was interested in me and we did not feel comfortable in it. In addition, the fridge in the kitchenette was not cleaned, it was dirty and there was water in it, I cleaned it myself but it was humiliating. In addition, what they write "free parking" is not quite what it seems. I thought that the facility has several parking spaces in its area but it turns out that this free parking means that they enter license plates into the city system and you can park anywhere in the blue zone so you are waiting for a walk. You can also dream about air conditioning in the rooms and they will probably tell you that it is a historic tenement house and such nonsense, but they did not mind creating an elevator to carry greasy ass, which architecturally does not fit into anything. It looks like someone is defecating there. For such money you will be disappointed, there are definitely better facilities, some are cheaper and some are more expensive and definitely worth paying extra.

The staff are very welcoming and warm. The facility is clean and located just at the center of Prague. I am very satisfied with the value I got for the money I paid.

The hotel do not have their own parking space. Guests have to find a free parking slot on their own in the residential area.

Comfortable stay at 4star hotel situated near of The Old Town Square. Unforgettable atmosphere of the whole Old Town area. Fantastic view from the Rooftop bar. Typical czech cuisine at B4 pub. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

The misinformation, the room, the inaccurate photos, not getting breakfast we paid for- said included. Being grown adults and only allowed 1 key per room. The poor, negative, aggressive attitudes of the men who worked after 6pm. Rude. Very old very dated motel. Not a 4 star at all - at best a 2.5 star……
