Staff and service were wonderful. Highly recommend. Went in mid October during shoulder season and had fantastic time during honeymoon. The view was INCREDIBLE. Such a special and romantic time. DEF get pool in your suite!

pool in room could have been hotter when we arrived. but fixed quickly!! Nightime was somewhat breeezy and blankets were required for outdoor dining.

The staff were so friendly and our room had the most incredible view. It was cleaned twice a day. The Five Senses restaurant was so good I’d say the best on the island and they catered for vegans & vegetarians. it was a very romantic, idyllic place.

Location was amazing, it had gorgeous view, people were coming to near this place to get sunset pictures, Staff were amazing, so helpful and always trying to help, Orea (Reception) helped us a lot finding decent places to see or visit, they suggested different tours that we did and its was awesome.

our room was two story room, bed in the upper level and sitting area down, the air condition was cool in the first level but second level was hot, if you make it cooler didn't do much, still felt like when ever we came down we were chilling and when going up it was kinda hot, its not like we couldn't sleep but compare it to the first floor it was hotter, I guess the place that they put the air condition is not in proper place to make the whole place cool as is suppose to.

Staff incredibly helpful, kind and couldn’t do more for you. Our room was spacious and clean. Views are spectacular! Daily breakfast in the room was a real treat!

intimate with spectacular views where you find yourself in a small oasis

This was an EPIC 40th birthday trip for me and let me tell you the staff, amenities, and all around service did NOT disappoint! The staff went above and beyond to help my husband plan a surprise welcome package of champagne, chocolate strawberries, and fresh flower bouquet delivery. They reception staff also had some good excursion, restaurant, and winery ideas. ALL of the staff from the receptionists, porters, restaurant servers, and house keeping were very attentive and kind. The village location, IMO, really can’t be beat and is central to many attractions on the island without being in the middle of really large crowds. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. We did not have intentions of eating at the hotel’s on property restaurant, Five Senses, but we did and it may actually have been one of our favorite meals of the week! Sunset from this location is really top notch since it’s the highest point on the island and facing West. Breakfast delivered to your door and eaten on our balcony each morning was delightful.

Communication went a bit off We wanted to have special dinner served in room but suddenly they had event and chef could not deliver.

Everything was incredible. The room we booked was beautiful, it had plenty of room, lots of sun light and was very private. The staff here went above and beyond and were extremely helpful whenever we needed something. They booked all of our taxis, helped us find a photographer, booked and canceled our restaurant reservations, it truly was so easy to have someone speak the local language on our behalf. The pool is breathing, make sure to give yourself some down time to relax and use the facility. Make sure to book airport transfer directly with the hotel. Since finding Astra Suits can be tricky on your own, if you book with them they coordinate everything and there is someone to meet and greet you (plus help with your bags) every step of the way. Completely worth it.
