- snídaně výborná, dostatečný výběr, vše chutnalo skvěle
- večeře formou bufetu, sice výběr nebyl tak velký, ALE vše co tam bylo chutnalo úžasně !!! A úplně stačilo.
- personál příjemný, milý a ochotný, recepční úplně nejlepší :-)
- poloha hotelu téměř v centru a přitom mimo :-) prostě skvělá lokalita
- určitě pokud bych opět jela do Špindlu, tak opět tam
- matrace akorát, určitě nejsou měkké, což bylo super
- hotel nám zařídil na každý den a osobu zpáteční jízdu lanovkou zdarma :-) Úžasné :-)
jediné co bych zmínila je vířivka, která určitě není pro 6 lidí, max 4 dospělí

Hotel Snezka is at very nice location.. in the morning I open my windows and I found myself surrounded by mountains and nature.

There is NO EXCUSE for a modern hotel not to have coffee facilities in a room. Unacceptable.

There is a great view from rooms, restaurant and playground. Interior of the hotel is old, but neat and cozy.
No lift (if you travel with small children), you should left baby carriage at ground floor.

Convinient location close to both: town infrastructure & ski-lifts. Good quality of food served for breakfast as well as the one prepared in the restaurant. Clean spacious cozy apartment. Friendly personnel.

Breakfast buffet was nicely diversified. Staff always kind and helpful.
We had dinner three evenings at the restaurant which was outstanding. Traditionnal Czech food with a nice and creative gastronomic touch. The menu is limited but we asked for something different and the Chef obliged without problem.
We used the spa every day (one hour free by reservation) and it was very pleasant and relaxing.
Infrastructure for storing skis and drying shoes very convenient.
The downsides came from some of the other guests, noisy people during the night, coming back after partying in town, and people without discipline trying to use the spa whithout reservation or largely exceeding their time limit. People without education are always a nuisance, wherever you go!

Very nice location with great view to the mountains and slopes, close to the town center, pet friendly hotel which we appreciated very much. Good breakfast. Very good ski storage and large parking. All in all great value for money.

The location is perfect, just above the downtown. We could go to different hiking trails in three different directions without any detours. The spa with sauna was awesome after hiking, particularly as we could book it just for our room for one hour every day. Continental breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices, which slightly changed every day.
We did not see any elevator, while rooms were on the first and second floors. This may be a problem for some guests who have hard time to always go up/down the stairs.

Unfortunately our room was in the basement. Hotel was nice, the room below our expectation, especially compared to **** level hotel.
Food was good, and staff is friendly.

The hotel is just great - the room is super comfortable and new, great mountain view, big bathroom with both a shower and a huge bathtub, good breakfast. The room has a fridge and a kettle. The hotel provided a complimentary GoPass for a free chairlift to one of the mountains. Friendly staff, free parking. Awesome for the money.
The only bad thing was the wifi quality, but if you don't need a good connection - it's perfect.

Beautiful location with a great view. I was only here for one day but that was a pity. Could have stayed here for a week to fully enjoy it.
