Good location for diving

A bit understaffed in bistro and cleaning rooms, all a bit slow

Loved the SPA - had the best massage ever here. Moses was our favourite waiter and looked after us so well. The resort is well set up next to a beautiful beach. Our rooms were good, overlooking the garden, quiet, comfortable beds. The hot shower was fantastic especially as we had some colder, wet weather when there. Excellent service staff.

Had to ask for blankets - none in our room.

Overall a good hotel and would stay again. A few little gaps took my score down: lots of proposed cocktails not actually available; needed somewhere to shower on check out day after a morning dive trip-not accommodated. Ocean view suite was lovely but very strong fresh paint smell was unpleasant

Nice location next to the river and beach. Beautiful landscaped gardens.

The resort website outlines a number of complimentary activities available to guests including rock fishing, snorkelling, outdoor cinema etc. however when asking for the fishing & snorkeling equipment we were told they don’t have any and the website hasn’t been updated. Many of the other activities advertised on the website were also no longer running including zip lining, off road driving waterfall tour and jet ski safari. The few activities that were still running were mostly all booked out when we arrived, despite our efforts to email and per-book via the tour desk before our arrival. Tour desk email responses were very delayed with limited information. Poor communication between resort run activities too, often getting sent in circles to talk to different staff. For example the activity sheet/board said “4pm cocktail making class by the pool” when we arrived at the pool bar to participate we were told to go to the main bar, the staff at the main bar said come back at 5pm, returned at 5 only to be told it’s at a different location, found the new location and told it was at 4pm and we missed out. This happened numerous times. Some parts of the resort were very rundown, such as the main pool area. Buffet breakfast options very limited considering the high price. We wouldn’t have made the long drive south if we’d known all of the above.

Just didn't feel like we got good value for money spent.

The resort is lovely. It is clean and the employees go out of their way to make tour stay as wonderful as it can be. They are efficient and very very kind ans friendly. The manager of the resort is absolutely lovely. We met her a couple of times walking around the reaort and she alwaya took time out of her busy day to say hello and have a little chat. She is a real assett.

I wasnt a fan of the meqls. I felt they were a bit overpriced and not very nice but I am inclined to be a picky eater. I found the childrens pool a bit of a concern. I realise that it is not the reaponsibility of rhe staff to maintain behaviour and it is the parents who shoild but there were so many unattended children at the pool who were running, jumping on guests, bombing and just going crazy I felt it was only a matter of time until an accident happens and as we had a baby it was actually a bit stressful trying to make sure she didnt get jumped on. Maybe staff need to enforce the rule that ALL children be accompanied by a parent.

Beautiful room with a great view. 2 pools one which was adults only. Great activities available and a tour desk to organize outside if resort tours. Great variety of food available in 2 restaurants. Chef even cooked a fish that we caught on a fishing trip for us. Staff super friendly.

The breakfast buffet if you got there a little later than start time food slightly cold. Same with the buffet dinner. We got there early but it wasn't super hot.

The staff made efforts to manage mistakes and were kind and professional. There was great entertainment and activities.

The room did not match the booking picture. This has happened often with booking.com recently. We were very disappointed but staff managed the issue.

A great location next to the river and beach, with beautifully landscaped gardens around. Pool area and beach were good. The rooms was well equipped and comfortable. Beqa divers could pick up up en route for diving which could work well if doing multiple dives with them.

The shower drain was blocked and took 3 nights to sort out, The TV also didn't work until last day. Getting things fixed seemed to take a while! The resort seemed very quiet and lacked atmosphere. Communication wasn't clear on when the 2 restaurants were open for dinner/lunch (sometimes closed for staff training or private parties, but not advertised anywhere) and the menu at the pool bar/restaurant was a bit limited. We ate at the other restaurant one night and were the only ones there.
