Personnel chaleureux et très accueillant :) Un restaurant et une boutique sur place, et surtout une vue incroyable.

The restaurant had nice food and the hotel itself is well kept. Beauty Lab is there so if you need a massage thats the place to go. Was easy to get a taxi as the receptionist was able to do that for me.

Nothing near by to do. No booklet or information online on what to do at the hotel or outside.

We came for a holiday and ended up in a Business hotel. Although the hotel was fine, clean, and with very good staff, I would not recommend staying here for a holiday. The area is not suitable for long-stay tourists.

The food. The hotel should hire a better chef. We spent a week at the hotel and had our dinners there, and the food was below average every time. I am not even talking about the prices.

Staff were professional and friendly. Sunsets were brilliant.

Location was a bit isolated and swimming pool is very small.

Location was nice along the river. The restaurant was opened long hours, with good range of food which was convenient. We were dropped off and picked up with the bus from & to Nadi.

The room was a bit bland. Needed a bit more styling.

The location and staff at Novotel Suva are an asset to the company. We were down from Nadi for a family wedding in Suva and have tried most other hotels CBD side. Lami is a short 10 min drive to the city so we decided to base ourselves from Novotel. The location and lobby area is gorgeous and was a great place to get some work done before we left the next morning. The thing I want to highlight that has left a lasting positive impression for my partner and I was accidentally whilst checking out I left one of my bags at reception and hadn't realised this until returning to Nadi. The team went over and above and upon calling them they first offered to CDP the bag up to us which would have been fine, but going the extra mile there was a team member returning to Nadi later that eve and said she would bring it with her and we could pick it up that evening from their Nadi location. This really was exceptional customer service and we really appreciated the time and extra care they took to ensure our belongings were safely returned to us. Vinaka Team Novotel, it's experiences like this that really leave a lasting impression and I will be telling all of our friends who look for suva accom that the novotel is a trustworthy option!

Rooms need a lil' TLC, but nothing worth major note, just a little tired.
