The room was clean, just very dated. Breakfast consisted of fresh waffles, cereal, yoghurt, bagels, cream cheese, apples, tea, coffee and orange juice so no complaints about that.

Air conditioning in the room was blowing warm air. Clearly needed serviced so we spent a very uncomfortable night sweating and having to soak ourselves with wet towels. People 'living' there smoking weed so all around the room was stinking of it. The 'residents' were also leaving out fresh meat for cats and had to pass that surrounded with lots of flies to get to the room. Ice machine wasn't working either. Thankfully it was only 1 night. I did dread this when I realised there was no refund on the room. I'm not very fussy and can put up with wear and tear but 5 different hotels over 4 weeks in Florida and this is the only one I would not return to. We were exhausted and had sore heads with the lack of sleep in that heat.

It’s only minutes of walk away from CVS, Starbucks, sandwich shop and Cuban food.

They didn’t remove the coffee filter of the last guest from the coffee maker. The room smells musty and can have better ventilation.

found a roach on the floor, air conditioning was not very good, hotel staff was not willing to work with the mistake I made during booking.  I stay for tonight due to my house being tented.

Nearly all of the staff were very polite and friendly.

Included breakfast should have included some fruit - after all, Florida is our citrus capital.

Staff in the morning shift is not nice..all the time on their cell phone and not friendly. Rooms smell like mold and breakfast is poor. Also I left something in the room I called they said they will call me back and never did..don't you have an office for the things people leave in the rooms?

Room , staff and breakfast..not worthy what you charge per night

Very comfortable beds. Close enough to Miami without spending a fortune. Free onsite parking. Able to walk to restaurants for dinner.

Curtains did not shut out light. Floor was dirty but they did mop it the next day when requested.

The breakfast was nice and simple, what I'm used to from hotels. Location-wise, we were right by the US1 major road, which let us get to most parts of the city within 15-30 minutes. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The in-room coffee (from the coffee maker by the sink) was just coffee flavored water. Given that the breakfast comes with coffee and it's open for several hours, this isn't a major issue for most. I had an early flight, and this coffee did nothing to help. Additionally, the safe in our room did not work. The screen kept saying that the battery was low, and it would not work.

Glad to get on the ground level, since it's all open to outside like a motel. Clean, nice beds.

Also being open to outside, which is a little creepy but it was still pretty quiet. Glad we were only there one night.
