One of the best coves in the area right on your doorstep with some fantastic restaurants near by for freah dish dinner. Not to mention balcony with an incredible sea view.

i liked that the location was so close to the beach and Cala llombards was a short bike ride away. the views were amazing and the beds were comfortable.

i didn’t like how they charged us for bike rental even though on their website it says they have free bike rentals. i also didn’t like that the receptionist was unhelpful and uninformed. it was also very loud at times from children running around

Everyone was really friendly and the facilities were well kept! Nothing was too much trouble and our expectations were beyond met.

Air conditioning in room top floor facing west was not up to cooling the room down but the friendly receptionist gave us a fan and it worked perfectly

Everything. Comfortable bed, Quiet, great location. Good breakfast & dinner with a wonderful view.

Very clean, big sized room with separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. Beds were comfortable, air-con strong and location great for exploring the east coast. We didn’t use the pool or other hotel facilities but I’m sure they were great too.

Very nice and spacious with everything you need for a nice holiday (kitchen, nice bed, amenities - body lotion was a plus -, bidet… all great!

All staff were very friendly. Amazing location with a beach in the doorstep, plenty of restaurants and beach bars close by (walking distance). Close (10/15min car of some of the most beautiful calas of the island). The apartment/studio was clean, well decorated and with all amenities needed. The view from our room (317) was to a "forest" and it was beautiful and peaceful.

The tap water was salty - not a massive problem. The breakfast was 17€/pp which was quite pricey in our opinion.

When I asked the lady at the reception to print my boarding pass, she agreed without any notices. Finally she gave me these paper sheets and after that claimed to pay 2 euros for that. I was shocked - it was my 1st time for many, many years when a hotel did such simple thing not for free. Anyway, even if the hotel suffers from such serious financial problems, it would be better to tell clients about costs in advance, just to avoid reputation loss. One more weird thing: once in the morning we were shocked by fire alarm system sounds. I was not stopping, and we had to take our documents and run downstairs without using elevator. At the ground floor we found smiling faces of the staff. They told us that they had some training. For me it was very weird - they had not warned guests about their training, and made them stressed and forced them use stairs instead of the lift, including disabled person. No parking. Problems with public parking because it is near a popular beach. Air conditioner was very outdated and could not produce air cold enough.

The hotel and facilities were very comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect - right at the beach. The staff were so helpful and kind to us, going above and beyond on a number of occasions! The pool is also great and easy to get chairs.

We loved the location and the price! You get a lot for what you pay for in comparison to other similar accommodations. The staff were very friendly and there to help. The sandy beach is beautiful and only a 3min walk away from the apartment. There are lots of restaurants and a SPAR close by too. Would recommend!!

The air conditioning was a bit weak and did not cool down very well. The parking is off site and can be hard to find a spot (it is free). You need to bring water with you as you are not able to drink from the taps. Beds are hard but we have found this is most places in Mallorca.

The room is really cozy and the people there are super super nice!!! I would like to come here again for vacation!

Idyllic location right on the beach, friendly staff, nice room with comfy beds. Views are stunning. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect for families but nothing really going on in the evening other than the restaurants which are nice but very expensive.

It seems that this aparthotel is primarily for German guests which is split into two parts, the aparthotel (where the reception and swimming pool are) and the deluxe hotel accommodation overlooking the beach. The staff speak to you in German and the majority of signs are in German. The swimming pool is very small and basically just for children, it is also very shaded for most of the day. If you are looking to lounge around the pool, read a book and have long swims in a big pool this will not work for you. The room lacked an iron and when we asked reception they did not have one. There were also no wine glasses or any plates or cutlery. I appreciate it is a hotel (so you are expected to eat out) but it is always nice to have something for a snack or to sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine. I must also draw you attention to the fact that unless you have a car you are very isolated. The local restaurants are lovely but they are really expensive for what you get - you are a captive audience and you need to book. The breakfast buffet was very average but staff were pleasant. Eggs and pancakes cooked in advance so stone cold.

Exceptional location literally on the beach. We stayed in the “Hotel” part, with beach view directly from the bed, with a huge balcony. Breakfast/Restaurant terrace also overlooking the beach. Beach bar in the same building - 3 stairs down - where you could have your feet i. the sand already. Exceptional friendly staff, especially Ricarda at the reception who helped us with quite some things!
