This is a good accommodation very central in Old Town, Modena. We were made welcome. We were thankful for the air conditioning. Very handy for local restaurants.

Because it is in the old town, it is awkward for parking although our host gave us a permit to park about 150 metres away. The bed was very close to one wall and too heavy to move.

The suite was very clean and comfortable.We liked the information about the decoration of the suite. We really liked the breakfast being delivered to our room. The welcome to the apartment was lovely. The man at the reception was professional and easy to speak to.

less than 10 mins walk to the center. staff were friendly, there’s free parking and breakfast brought to room. apartment is big and clean.

some of the furnitures are abit old, eg sofa, and one of the lights not working but other than that all’s good

Great location in the heart of Modena- everything was within 10 minutes’ walk. They also included free parking and allowed us to drop our bags, even though the hotel is within the ZTL. Good quality air conditioning.

Stylish rooms with nicely old furniture and accessories. Centrally located in a quiet area, ~10 min walk to the Dome or Palace. Tasty breakfast with fresh bakery and yogurts. And the great and very helpful host Alessio!

Alessio was really nice and helpful, with recommendations, parking advice etc... He took our number plate to allow into the restricted zone and issued us with a free parking permit - very easy close parking. The accommodation is very historic, ours was spacious, but left us feeling quite claustrophobic- very little natural light. Breakfast is just sweet - unfortunately not for us, but we knew that anyway from other reviews.

There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room, but no cups, not even plastic ones in the bathroom! I'm sure if we had called Alessio he would have brought us some.

Beautiful apartments right in the centre of Modena old town, everything’s on your doorstep. The host was very accommodating, letting us drop off our bags early and was super helpful with recommendations as the whole town was closed for Ferragosto. Quintessential Italian breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and lovely coffee. The little kitchenette to prepare food was useful and the fridge/freezer was perfect for cooling wine in the heatwave!

Nothing - just wish we’d picked a day that wasn’t a national holiday! :’D Such a beautiful town regardless.
