La disponibilité de Benedetta. Elle nous a accueilli pour qu’on puisse garer la voiture autour de l’hôtel malgré les travaux en cours dans la rue. Elle nous a conseillé où acheter de l’aceto balsamico. Elle était souriante et nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise après un long voyage. De plus, nous partions tôt et on nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter. L’hôtel en tant que tel est très bien placé dans Modena. Les chambres et parties commune sont très bien entretenues et décorées avec soin pour un palazzo traditionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des prince et princesse.

This hotel is beautiful in every regard. The interior aesthetics are perfectly appointed - it’s so beautiful. The owner has high standards, great sense of design and many interesting art pieces. The owner is also the receptionist and host and is friendly, helpful & accommodating. The breakfast dining room is comfortable and gorgeous as well as an outstanding buffet is outstanding.

How beautiful the hotel is, especially the breakfast room. How details are all thought of. That you make you a cappuccino. We also requested mending kit and and iron which weren’t a problem at all. They provided a drink at night if you liked as well as literature and energy packs so you don’t get dehydrated. What a great idea for travellers!

I can’t think of anything. Our host worked so hard accommodating everyone’s needs.

It was a spacious room with two large windows onto an inner courtyard. The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom with shower. We were able to park our car on a nearby street and were given a free parking pass for that.

We were very tired from our trip and went to bed early. There was some noise at night from the apartment upstairs before 10pm.

Such a beautiful apartment full of art and antique but comfortable too. Benedetta is delightful.

O apartamento é muito charmoso. A pessoa que nós recebe é super atenciosa, tem café e chá disponível o tempo todo em uma sala de estar belamente decorada. Voltaria com certeza!
