The apartment has been well looked after and stocked will all that we needed for a restful time by the ocean. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living area has enough of a beach view that you always feel like you're ocean side. The condo complex as a whole is quiet and filled with other families looking for a warm break away from the hustle and bustle. The suppport staff are always on hand with anything that needs attention. If you time it well for a Cape Canavaral rocket launch the views from the roof are excellent.

When we first arrived we loved the outside/upkeep of the property! The paintings on the exterior and the large palm tree painting in the center common area were awesome! As soon as we walked into the room we loved the place even more! The interior of the room was well decorated, clean, and filled with beach supplies. The supplied beach chairs were GREAT and the boogie boards were a blast! The pool and beach access area was very well maintained. The rooftop deck was an incredible view for watching the sunrise or just anytime at all! The geographical location was also fantastic! The pier right next to you, and the stores/restaurants being right up the street made lunch/dinner easy! We absolutely loved everything about this place which made the vacation just that much better!! We will definitely be back to the Chateau By The Sea!!!

We had six people, this was perfect, room was good (with some minor issues), allowed pets which was nice, enough towels and ocean gear to use! Close enough to walk to the tiki bar, the pier, the beach store, Dominoes ( for a quick bite on those nights you are just too tired to cook). We had a great time!

True to photographs. Nice, clean, comfortable unit. Included beach needs as well. The rooftop was great to watch a rocket launch or have an evening beverage. Close to pier (which made the beach a bit crowded on the weekend), restaurants and grocery.

I instantly felt at home. Fantastic property. Unit was extremely clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Pool was well maintained. Location on the beach cannot be beat. But, our absolutely favorite part was the HUGE rooftop deck. Beautiful views, we spent every night up there.

FANTASTIC Beach Access!
My husband and I rented this for five days between Christmas and New Year's Eve. We had our 19-year-old daughter and her friend with us.
Access to the beach is fantastic and the kitchen was well-stocked. There are no coffee filters, so be warned. I left a pack there, but no guarantees!
I would absolutely rent this again for a trip to that part of Florida. We did day trips to Universal and Kennedy Space Center with ease and played in the waves the rest of the time.

loved condo - several issues - air condisher broke, slidind door did not work, twin bed terrible, no umbrella. Main problem was smoking- several condos balcony - mainly first floor by pool - also several smokers at pool every day -suggest you display no smoking signs at pool and upon entering

It was a great week. It wasn’t during “spring break”, so it was not crowded at all! (Which may be why there was no urgency in us getting our parking tags- we got them in the middle of the week and we arrived on a Saturday.) We would definitely go back here for vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here. Really close to terrific restaurants, nice pool and rooftop patio. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. We didn't have our dog with us but like that the building is pet friendly.

Anniversary getaway
Overall it was a very nice place. Very quiet which we appreciated very much. Bed was a bit hard and some dry wall had been patched badly in the bathroom. Those are the only two niggles I had with the place. Well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, nice furniture. We're well be coming back next time we're in the area.

Condo #503 is A+ property. Satisfaction guarenteed
After visiting cocoa beach in 2017, I decided to return with my family for vacation in August 2018. I searched online for accommodations close to the pier. I settled site unseen with Steve and Briannas condo at Chateu by the sea unit #503. Booking was simple and check in was super easy. The unit and property is in great condition. Clean and fully stocked with ammenitys to have a great stay. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay there and plan on returning next year. Never had to communicate with anyone for anything during our stay as there were no issues whatsoever. Loacation is excellent and just a stone's throw from the beach and pier. Very quiet and mellow atmosphere. Also has a really nice ocean view from balcony. The only complaint we had was having to leave when our time was up. You can't beat the cost and location of this rental property. Thanks Steve and bri! Look forward to our next stay. Bill, Angela, and William.

Beautiful view
The place was nice but the view was the best we were able to sit out on patio and look at the water and beach it was wonderful. We had beach access from the building so that was nice, and the pool was a good place to relax at as well. The condo meet all of our needs, it also came with beach chairs and umbrella which was nice. We left behind a little charcoal grill for future renters. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

A little home away from home...
There is nothing more aggravating than stuffing a family of four in a hotel room for a week; especially with two adolescent boys in the mix. I will never do it again because we have found a wonderful alternative in Chateau by the Sea #503. My family and I like this little condo on the beach, so much, that we’ve stayed there twice. It has sort of become our cozy home away from home — without the mortgage! It’s well maintained, secure, and close to, not only the beach, but all of the grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants in Cocoa Beach.
You can peek out of the master bedroom and see the pier, or you can relax on the patio and take in an ocean view. If you’re budget conscious, buy groceries at the Publix, and cook your meals in a proper kitchen. If you hate the idea of buying another bathing suit because...reasons... just use the washer and dryer right in the unit. Oh, and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a must if you’re traveling with family.
There weren’t any hassles in booking, and any questions that arose were promptly answered by management.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in unit#503 at Chateau By The Sea. It was our first time staying in a condo and we were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. Everything was just as described and I would recommend #503 to anyone. We traveled from Kentucky and spent seven nights here. It had everything we needed to make our stay even more enjoyable, home away from home. Although the balcony isn’t ocean front, you still have an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Be sure watch for the dolphins in the morning. They were amazing!! Steve was very helpful with any questions we had and answered all my emails in a timely manner. If you’re headed to Cocoa Beach, be sure and check out Chateau By The Sea #503.

Highly recommend!
Chateau by the Sea 503 was wonderful. The unit was comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and we even woke early to watch the sun rise a few times. Working with Steve was easy, he answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. While it was too cool to swim in the pool we enjoyed lounging there. I would definitely recommend this unit at this place.

Stayed in unit #503 at Chateau by the Sea: immaculate living area, comfortable king bed, great furniture, nice warm decor – makes you feel just like home. It is stocked with everything you need and more – we really appreciated having an umbrella and beach chairs available for us to use. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony and the pool and pool area is clean and well maintained. Its great location makes it a perfect place for a perfect vacation. Stephen is extremely nice and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Condo is clean and in good condition, convenient to the Cocoa Beach pier. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens. Great to have beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Steve was easy to work with. Beach was not crowded and the pool was nice. I would stay here again.

Great Location and Views of the Cocoa Beach
Really enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms (face north)... Cocoa Beach Pier and balcony (face south)... great view of Cocoa Beach without direct sunlight. Overall a very nice condo in a somewhat dated building. Approximately 1 hour east of Orlando and about 25 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Lots of surfers and no noisy wave runners or other motorized sports. Volleyball and rentals... Lots of beach to walk or put up an umbrella for the day. If you love playing in the surf this is your place. Condo has everything needed for the beach. Publix Grocery Store was very close. Long Doggers has the best grilled Mahi Tacos. Sunset views from the restaurants at Port Canaveral were spectacular. Don't forget to hit Ron Jon's surf shop. Our family had a great time.
