it was indescribably disappointing. The description is deliberately misleading. As a consumer I was deliberately misled, cheated and my rights were violated. Information for the apartment said there was a terrace. But in fact it is not a terrace but some kind of small courtyard of the block. And the interesting thing this was called a terrace but smoking was prohibited. In fact my husband is real smoker and the terrace catch my attention. But most interesting situation was one of the mornings I went out of the bathroom in my towel and were observed and seen by dozen of people, placed on “our private terrace”. It turned out that this space, called a terrace, is actually on the owner's property and everyone from the building has access to it - through another door. What's more - there is a planned renovation of the building, which is why scaffolding is being built on this same terrace - called is private. Whole over the place were unspeakable filthy. As I mentioned the terrace - oh, there was more dirtiness than you could imagine. But could see in pictures below. The bathroom was never cleaned probably. And soaked in mold and moisture. In dishwasher tablet had acquired a specific semi-liquid form and was difficult to clean. Dishes were sticky and disgusting. Rooms were dirty. According to above mentioned info this sounds reasonably. Wardrobes were dusty and smelly. One of the room had a very inconvenient wardrobe with no shelves. There was a lot of stains on different places, forms and ingredients. This is called a good diversity! The staff, ugh the staff. They give me entering info too late and we’ve already were in Paris. So I had a problem with my internet connection and data roaming. I tried to call the host, but they didn’t answer. 15 minutes later I received a message said the host couldn’t answer the phone but hope we’re already in the apartment. Location was perfect. Good value for the money. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Owners responded to every email. Would recommend to friends.

Apartment was right next to buildings garbage room. Other tenants kept leaving the door to the garbage lroom open, and you were greeted by a pleasant smell every time you came or left the apartment. Also, need privacy curtains for the living room window.
