Fantastic location. Rooms were creative and one of a kind- nothing short of amazing. We booked two rooms for our family. One had an indoor pool and the other had a small private pool with an entrance from our room. The entire staff was so friendly and accomodating around the clock-24/7. Fantastic staff!

Car/Taxi Rides- 25 to 75 euros each way no matter how short or long the distance.

Ereythin perfect. The staff very, verdad Good. All People vrey nace.

Just food and restaurant

First Of all we arrived at 12 and santorini has very difficulty to walk there where no anybody in front of hotel to help us also we wait for 10-15 min to somebody come to resection . they told us room will be ready at 2 hour and we seat in restaurant for lunch but finally we check in at 4 PM which is not acceptable. about Room it is very dark with humidity there is no any view of sea it seems that you are in prison .the restaurant also is very small and in the night I called to book table but they told me they are fully Booked !!!then I told them I am guest of hotel so they give me table and told just I can seat for 20 min !!!!!there is only one small pool in Hotel and it is in restaurant so when you eat food you can see people that swimming. after those problem we got very disappointed and decide to back to our country and I told them that as I paid for 2 night can you refund me , the guys in resection very impolite told me NO you should pay all extra and Cost for Today !!!! then hotel manger when we come to check out came and told I can change your Room I can do this that (But I called them and gave them Time for 10 min ), the manager also told me don’t share your comment in Booking , But I will do this as Genius level 3 member I don’t like other people like me lose money and also time and got very bad experience. I totally not suggest this hotel to anyone please careful about photo is not as you see in website you can see photo in attached . IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US.

incredible view over caldera, beautiful sunset! loved the fact that the hotel is in the top of the cliff, very easy access to the room.

the room that we booked was supposed to have a jacuzzi, however it was barely warm(32 degrees) and the hotel could not increase the temperature. which was a big downside for us. Small bits and pieces were missing in the room but they would bring them if asked. overall not a luxury 5 star experience.

the views are stunning

Kivotos has the best location and hotel rooms in Imerovigli. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which has it’s own terrace and unimpeded view of the caldera and sunset. The staff are all brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The included breakfast is also excellent and you have the option to have this in the restaurant or as room service. We will be coming back again!

There is nothing to dislike about this property!

Our suite was perfect and the views were best on the whole island. Very unique and beautiful hotel, even on Santorini standards.

Everything was great as far as view, breakfast, staff and it exceeded expectations

Bed could be a little softer but not uncommon in Greece to use former bed and still one of the more comfortable during my trip

The views from every angle of the hotel are breathtaking. Amazing views into the Caldera and can see the other side of the island as well as Oia. The staff. They made the stay go fantastic

Such a beautiful and unique hotel! I was beyond excited before even arriving and after checking out I am still mentally there. First of all, the hotel is perched at the highest spot so as soon as you arrive at the area you can simply walk in. After checking in, I was introduced to my room, and let me tell you—I fell in love! The indoor hot tub and the rain shower left me speechless. The queen size bed was divine and the lighting system had me captivated. The most unforgettable part was the view: as soon as I reached the balcony the Aegean was right at my feet and the view of Skaros is so iconic I must have taken more than one hundred pictures trying to capture it. After relaxing, we headed to MAVRO. Everything we tried was fantastic, my absolute favorites were the king crab, the sea urchin salad, and the vintage rib eye, simply blissful. A huge thank you to the staff, all of you were amazing and the service was excellent! A special thank you Effie, Lisa, and Aris. Amazing experience, it’s a 5/5 for me!

We stayed in the Junior Suite Sunset View for 6 nights at the end of October. What we loved: - Rooms were spacious with comfortable pillows and bed. Balcony faces unobstructed view of the caldera - Heated outdoor Jacuzzi which was perfect in this cooler months - We could choose to have breakfast in our room balcony or at the restaurant at a chosen time - Effie, the hotel manager has been very prompt in communication and helpful with restaurant bookings, and recommendations (including a really good and reasonable hairdresser) from the start. She even helped to organized a surprise for my husband's birthday with personalized souvenirs

For such an exclusive hotel, what we think could be improved: - House keeping could be more detailed and thorough. Eg: More than once they did not refill the water bottles in our room. Shower gels were also not replaced when it was empty. Wilted flowers were not cleared away. - We organized a PCR test with the hotel and they sent a Doctor to do it in our room for 130 euros. Didn't seem very professional. He took a nasal swab and proceeded to put it in a plastic bag. He didn't send us the results at the time as promised (of course Effie came to the rescue by helping us chase after the results). In the end he sent us a result of totally different person and we had to send another chaser for the right results.

Luxury is different...for 1000 euro per night you can expect by far more...

The absolutely perfect accommodation! It is our pleasure to highly recommend Kivotos Resort. Me and my wife, we celebrated our anniversary in this outstanding place! The staff and specifically Efi were really professionals and so kind that they made our stay much better! Not only the view is breathtaking, but also the entire resort has every smart technology that we know!!! Also note that the temperature of the superior jacuzzi was such good that we didn't want to leave it!

Lovely spacious room and terrace with beautiful views. Great service and personal touch. Effie was very helpful and gave really good recommendations for restaurants. food in the hotel was very good and the views from the breakfast table are fabulous. we were also provided early check in and late check out which was very convenient. strongly recommend.

Everything! The breathtaking views, the stunning rooms, the amazing food and the exceptional service. You really can’t beat this place!!! Worth every penny, by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Europe.

The location was so central and the views were amazing. Effie was also super helpful which made our stay very easy and hassle free.

The noise from Buddha bar next door goes on til quite late and the noise from lorries unloading early in the morning means it’s a little difficult sleeping.
