The Property is in a great location. The apartment has everything that you need. Staff are friendly and easy to contact. Key collection and all instructions to enter the property were fantastic.

The staff from the hotel opposite sit outside having breaks at all times of the day starting from 6.30 and you can hear them shouting talking singing so early. The en-suite bath room did not have a bath mat and a family member fell out of the shower resulting in severe bruising and having to doctors for pain injections throughout our weeks stay.

Apartment is in a good location about 10 minutes walk from the beach.

As a party of three groups of adults it would have been better if we had additional sets of keys. There are three locked doors to access the apartment. We needed to place the keys back in the lock box but this was situated at the opposite side of the complex.

Could do with an information pack in the apartment, also the beds were quite uncomfortable.

High quality apartments, calm and relax place

I only missed some details such as a few dish washer and laundry soap tablets to get by as we arrived.

A very nice, spacious and clean apartment. Large kitchen with good equipment and two bathrooms. Air conditioning in every room except kitchen and bathrooms. Two private terraces, one huge on the roof and one smaller on the apartment level, both with tables and chairs / loungers. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, easy access to the pool. Useful amenities such as beach umbrellas, washing machine, etc.. Apartment offers a good compromise between a quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and the city. You can comfortably spend time in a group of 6 people and in the evenings use the wonderful terraces.

The ventilation of one of the bathrooms could be improved. The tv could be replaced with a slightly newer / larger one.

Modern, spacious, great location and facilities.

4th bedroom is very basic with no wardrobes and located on the top veranda, had to walk up/down external spiral stairs to get to it. Not great in the dark in the night if you need the Loo!

Plenty of space for everyone. However the annex was pretty basic.

Quite easy to get lost in property entering from Calle Helsinki. Other access to our apartment from Calle Agondo you had to walk up an extremely steep hill.
