Clean rooms and bathroom. Walk in shower. WiFi good enough for streaming. Close to I-75 but not too noisy. Decent breakfast.

I really like this hotel. The associate at check in pleasant and efficient. She recommended the best place to park for close proximity to the room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Later while I was waiting for pizza, I observed she was good with everyone coming in. I guess my only constructive critism would be to find a different muffin vendor. I got.one and it was pretty dry.

We checked in right at shift change. Front desk person came running in breathless and promptly checked in us and one other customer. We were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned. House keeping supervisor was doing utmost to accommodate us. She went to the front desk and got us keys to a different room. It was fully wheelchair accessible which would have been ok except shower could not be adjusted for a person over 4 feet tall. Room was noisy because it was next to elevator and laundry room. Atypical for this hotel chain. I believe having the day shift desk clerk staying until relieved would have made the difference

The only view was I-75. Rating on hotels.com misleading. Could not sleep due to noise levels from interstate. Tiny room had a rather bad smell. Pillows were flat and bed so so. This was a two sock room (wear two pairs of socks just in case one falls off).
I travel a lot and am rarely disappointed by hotels.com, but this was so bad I checked in at 10pm and left at 3am. with only 3 hours of sleep.

The bed was a terrible sleep. The hotel was not worth the money we paid. In desperate need of upgrades. Had no usb ports to charge my phones. Glad this was a one night stay

This was not the worst experience but also not the best. I think the hotel is just worn down. But, in my room, they had not completed cleaning. All the drawers in every piece of furniture was open, the microwave was open, and the microwave plate was sitting on the dresser. I also heated something up, and it smelled like something was burning as soon as I cut cut the microwave on. There were some cracks in the ceiling around the shower, the mirror was water damaged. One of the window curtains was also partially torn down. Having said all of that, the staff were all very nice and polite. Overall, I think the hotel is okay, but I'd expected more for the price.

Checking in the room had hair in the tub. Mildew on walls. Second room better but dingy and not clean. Rooms need renovations and fire the cleaning crews. I heard the manager at breakfast complaining about how bad the staff was.

Shower and wonderful great water pressure
Very comfortable bed and room was as you would expect. Luggage carts suck, hard to push if you put two suitcases and a cooler on it. Tires go flat no biggie we managed. Overall good stay at this location. Recommend new luggage cart casters and a hot tub would be nice.

We booked a two bed room. The toilet was clogged in that room so they didn’t have any two bed rooms so we were given a king bed room with a pull out sleeper sofa. It was ok for the one child but one adult had to sleep there too and it wasn’t all that comfortable. One pillow for that bed stunk badly. Overall the clerk was extremely accommodating
