Very clean and contemporary, good sized rooms, bright and airy. Great pool and exterior space with secure parking. Felt very at home and safe. Very close to the main port town which had plenty to see and do. Maria was great at suggesting the best places to eat and explore.

Fantastic villa with beatiful garden and swimming pool. Well equipped with everything one may need, this villa is at the perfect place on the island. The main town is just few minutes of drive away, nearest beach too. Maria, the host, lives next door, and is happy to help and assist 24 hours a day. She will do everything to make perfect holidays.

Beautiful villa surrounded in a quiet area close to fantastic restaurants just a few steps away. Daily house keeping service and free parking on the property included. Maria is a great host, she lives next door and was always concerned about our well being. She has great recommendations regarding restaurants and sights, and she even brought us cake one night. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves any more, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique Greek experience with lots of privacy.

The villa was exceptional. If it was possible I would give a higher rating. Also, the hosts were incredibly helpful and very easily reachable.

From start to finish our stay at Elia Villa was absolutely perfect. The communication from the management was excellent, we were promptly met at the property and shown around and it was everything and more than what we expected. The villa itself was modern, clean and well fitted with high quality fixtures and fittings and clean and well maintained quality furniture. The location is 6 mins from both Tsilivi and Zákynthos in the car or taxi. There is a little shop locally with a lovely lady who always gave our kids free gifts every time we visited. There is a beautiful traditional Greek restaurant a 5 minute walk from the villa, which we all enjoyed a couple of times. A beach bar walking distance if you want some day time beers without driving. The villa BBQ facilities were great for nights in and the neighbours even gave us some vegetables from their garden for a salad. The cleaner was lovely and really friendly and came everyday and did a great job. Anything we needed the management where more than happy to help us with, they even gave us a cake as a thank you. We couldn’t recommend this villa enough and can’t wait to book again next summer.

We're a family of 5 who decided to go on holidays in the Corona summer of 2020. To us it was of uttermost importance to be in a house for ourselves and not in a hotel in a crowd. Moreover, since we have 3 kids, the holiday place needed to have a pool and a grill for the husband and also a kitchen and air-conditioning. The Elia Luxury Villa had it all and we never hesitated in booking it. The Villa was THE perfect base for our stay in Zakynthos! Relaxing, clean, very modern, new and safe. The next time we go to Zakynthos there is no discussion where we would stay. We were in contact with Maria before we arrived in Zakynthos and gave her our flight details. She was then waiting for us in front of the house when we arrived and she took the time to show us the whole house and explained also how it works with cleaning, the Corona measures from the Greek state, pool maintanence etc. Maria also gave some tipps where to eat in Akrotiri and Zakynthos. Maria was at anytime reachable and helpful and she also paid us 1-2 visits during our stay in the villa. All in all - definitely recommendable for families or friends travelling together.

There was no hand soap. Maybe one corona measure that the guests should provide this themselves? But really no big issue since we were shopping groceries anyway.
