Beautiful 3-Bedroom Villa in Palmetto Dunes - On Golf Course w/Free Tennis

Notre villa confortable et spacieux est idéal pour des vacances en famille, les voyages de golf, de tennis ou escapades. Nous sommes situés à mi-île en Inverness Village à Palmetto Dunes, une communauté sécurisée, fermée.
La cuisine en acier inoxydable entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux comptoirs de quartz, d'une salle à manger ensoleillée avec de nouveaux meubles et d'un pass-through à la salle à manger. Tant la salle à manger et le salon sont spacieuses et confortables.
Notre Villa offre une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge. Nous avons quatre téléviseurs à écran plat LED et 3 lecteurs DVD. Toutes les salles de bains ont été entièrement rénovées avec douches carrelée de céramique. La salle de bain grandes monter les escaliers de la salle a deux lavabos et une baignoire / douche. Le maître douche vitrée a une banquette carrelée pratique et double évier. Tous les vanités ont des comptoirs en granit. Toutes les toilettes sont hauteur de confort. Vous pouvez profiter de notre barbecue à gaz et une table et des chaises sur la terrasse avec une vue sur le 12e trou du parcours de golf de Fazio.
Inverness Village offre à ses propres courts de tennis gratuit et une belle piscine pleine grandeur, ainsi que d'une piscine de bébé.
Pendant votre séjour à 950 Inverness, vous pouvez prendre la GRATUIT Palmetto Dunes Buggy et visiter d'autres sections de Palmetto Dunes ou explorer Shelter Cove avec ses excellents restaurants, des boutiques uniques, pêche charte, et des croisières touristiques. This was a family get together with my brothers wife and their kids and my husband and our kids for the week. We rented bikes from Island Life which turned out to be fantastic. They delivered them literally an hour after we arrived and picked them up and hour before we left with locks baskets and helmets (on the menu of rental). Highly recommend. The neighborhood is shaded with lots of beautiful floral sites and beach access and pool access on foot or by bike. It’s an easy bike to many nice eateries we enjoyed Hilton Head Diner and Stacks close by and for ice cream Frosty’s all a close bike ride easy accessed with the underpass to cross the main street. The teens also went parasailing with my husband (NOT ME!!! haha) and I enjoyed running all the trails and gently paved areas in Hilton Head both early am and evening and the weekly neighborhood 5K palmetto dunes has on the beach which was extremely well organized.

Phil’s place was absolutely perfect for my family of 5…with room to spare. Nestled back in a quiet corner on the golf course in Palmetto Dunes but convenient to all of the amenities. The condo had everything we needed including puzzles and games to occupy the kids. We will definitely be coming back next summer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this property. Clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, with lots of room to spread out. Phil was quick to answer all questions. All appliances are nicely updated. Quiet location. Enjoyed having keyless entry. Would definitely stay here again.

From having the golf out the back door, to the pool and beach around the corner, location could not have been any better. Plenty of beach chairs to use on our stay, we didn’t have to buy any, having them there gave us so much more room to pack things. Parking for two vehicles was limited for our big family but we parked one vehicle at Kroger and then became friends with the neighbors that were renting next door to find out they were using only one parking space and we were able to use the other. Perfect vacation!

Great location. Great house.
The property is in a great location and the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Loved having the pool so close. Some small minor things would have made this a 4 star vs 5 star review. There was a broken desk chair in the downstairs bedroom with wicker pieces hanging out but we didn't need to use it so it was fine. Just think it would be safer to remove it. Carpets downstairs might need to be cleaned or replaced. It was pretty stained but didn't take away from our trip. All the house phones had dead batteries it just didn't work. Couldn't use to call Dunes Buggy or make local calls. Not a big deal with everyone having a cell but sometimes service was spotty. We didn't like seeing Palmetto bugs. I guess they are common there but coming from the NE we don't have them. Had a great time. Would like to visit HH again.

Great week!
This is the third Inverness property that we've used for our annual family week at HHI and by far the best. The kitchen is really nice looking, with up-to-date appliances and a very generous stocking of utensils, dishes, and gadgets. The televisions are great, and the internet service is very fast. Phil is readily available for help, although we really didn't need anything. Overall, six thumbs up from our group.

Stocked for vacation
We had a great time staying at this property. It was stocked with everything we could need for a vacation even with our infant. Highchair, baby gate, children's toys and books, umbrella stroller, lots of beach gear, and every kitchen item you could need. It seemed odd to have multiple beds in the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, but not a problem for us. Very clean and comfortable.

Property was in a great location. Getting the pass for parking your car was easy if you just followed the directions listed. Place was very clean and had a patio that was right on the golf course. My friends and I had a great experience here.

Awesome Vacation
This property was perfect for me and my blended family. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.
The house is equipped with lots of household items that make this day even better. It was a very short walk to the pool. In the perfect place on the island. We hope to rent the space again next year!

Family friendly condo in a quiet setting
We rented this condo for a week. We had three teenage sons and a pre-teen daughter. The home was within easy walking distance to the pool and an easy bike ride to the beach. We hoped on the Dunes Buggy to catch fireworks at Shelter Cove. The back patio had a view of the golf course and the front door was right by the parking spots. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Palmetto Dunes. Perfect for our family. We would definitely visit again.

Great Vacation!
This villa was located close to the beach, pool, tennis courts and golf course. The free shuttle service was a plus. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked, with updated amenities. There was also a grill on the patio that we used. I would go back in a heartbeat!!

Our family had a great stay! The condo was everything it said it was and we had plenty of room for the six of us. Would recommend for cleanliness, great accommodations and location! The patio area was very relaxing with a view of the golf course, bikes were nice and most days we had the pool to ourselves. Thanks again!😃�

Palmetto Dunes was great as always and this condo in Inverness village was great. It was furnished well and the owner was very helpful during our stay. We especially enjoyed the sunny breakfast nook in the mornings.

We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for several years no and this property was the perfect size. It was clean and well maintained with all the necessities. It overlooks the Fazio golf course and was a short bike ride to the beach. The pool was convenient and clean.

The villa was clean and comfortable. It was close to the pool and having the golf course in the back made for a great setting.
There was plenty of room for 3 families and having the laundry facility was great.
Although we found adequate dishes and cookware, it would have been nice to have more containers with lids to store our leftover food.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was in an excellent location. Beautiful views of the golf course. Easy access to beach and swimming pool. The bikes were a wonderful amneity! The villa was clean and spacious. Lou responded quicky to emails and questions. Lou and Anne really care about the condition of their villa. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Experience
We had a great time at Lou & Anne's villa. From the spacious bedrooms to the clean, well-equipped kitchen, it suited our needs perfectly. Having the golf course behind us was a nice bonus. We enjoyed practicing chipping, putting, and getting out of the sand trap.

Home away from home
Just got back from a wonderful trip. The villa had everything we needed and more! The owners were very kind and helpful and responded quickly to emails. If you are looking for a nice place with easy access to everything, check this out. The pool was super close to walk to and the beach was really close too. Great for families with or without kids. Be cautious about the pricing quoted by vrbo.com and look at the weekly rates. We hope to come back soon and would stay here again.

We couldn't be happier about out stay at this beautiful villa! It's very spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The bikes provided were a great bonus, we rode them everywhere. Palmetto Dunes is a fantastic resort, we didn't feel the need to leave it. We can't wait to return! Like home
We could not have escaped the ferocious winter in the Northeast in a more comfortable, spacious and pleasant environment than this villa. Inverness Village has the best of all worlds, peace and quiet, yet ready access to tennis and golf (and pool, in season), the ocean, and incredible convenience to shopping. The daily newspaper is only a mile morning walk away. As to the villa, it has all the conveniences of home and is comfortably furnished in a calming color scheme. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living/dining area that accommodated our friends who came over to watch the Olympics with us. Being on the golf course was like having the golf channel outside our living room: what to do and what NOT to do. In all, this was a wonderful, restful stay, despite the unusual weather even for HH. Further, the owners were gracious and accommodating in every way, just like their villa.
