Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed & good atmosphere in hotel. Accommodated us when we checked in early after arriving by train that morning. Helpful staff. Great location, a few mins walk from the main station which is doable even with luggage.

Option for an earlier breakfast slot or breakfast to go when you have an early flight to catch would be great.

On nous a mis dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (sur deux niveaux, donc avec un escalier, ce qui n’est pas confortable et rendant la chambre plus petite. En outre, au lieu de la vue sur la ville, c’était côté canal avec des odeurs d’égouts dans le corridor amenant à la chambre. Nous avons demandé de changer la chambre. Celle-ci correspondait à nos attentes mais malheureusement elle était avec une porte communicante ce qui diminuait la sonorisation avec la chambre à côté.

The staff (especially the breakfast team, and reception team) were absolutely amazing and very friendly. The room was very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. It's a close distance to the train station, making it very easy to explore and get around the Netherlands.

We had a beautiful view onto the station plaza, but unfortunately this also introduced quite a lot of light into our room at night. Apart from that, everything was great!

This hotel is exquisite! Best hotel in stayed at (ever)!!! The location is perfect we got a view on the central train station we visited during Christmas time they offered AMAZING hot chocolate all the time in the lobby the staff was wonderful they had a desk to book tours right their opposite to the reception desk we booked the windmills & fishing village tour there it was the best thing we did… their concierge staff helped me weigh my bags in my room which was amazing btw they were never late to bring up/down our luggage always right behind us which was great i also enjoyed the breakfast every morning totally recommend… i promise whenever i’m i will stay in this hotel & of course recommend it to all my friends & family … thank you hotel staff for providing such an excellent service much much appreciated

Hotel bellissimo con una posizione fantastica, a due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla fermata dei tram. Camera confortevole, accoglienza con prosecco e dolce per augurare buon compleanno a mio marito e culla in camera come da noi richiesto. Personale super disponibile e attento a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.

Attentive staff in every department including the General Manager himself. They are clearly committed to excellent service. My Fiancée had a lovely Birthday trip in Amsterdam as a result of our stay at Barbizon Palace.

2 fois où je réserve cet hôtel , 2 fois où il est impossible de dormir , la chambre donne sur le canal et de l'autre côté du canal il y a plusieurs bar/boîte donc vous entendez la musique dans votre chambre plus tous les clients qui crient ,chantent ,se battent , payer si cher la nuit blanche c'est pas terrible !

This hotel has been on of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time, travelled for my 30th as my flight got cancelled our group were split up in to 2 the hotel allowed people to check in the rooms for others that wouldn’t arrive till late. When I did finally arrive the lady at reception greeted me with a happy birthday as it was now 00:00 very polite and sorted everything we needed. The Hotel is situated less than 5 mins from central station and also from most things. Staff were very polite and welcoming, and there when needed The spa area is also a great bonus too after a night out. Or just for a chill in the mornings Sweets put out everyday for people to take. Coffee machine in lobby was also a nice touch. Room was spot on Huge double bed and a great view of the canal running right past my room lovely room all in all very happy with everything. Price was amazing too for the location. This hotel will not disappoint i look forward to stopping here again. Thanks to all the staff for making my 30th a memorable one.

Loved the proximity to city centre, house keeping every day was fabulous, staff were happy to help and greeted you on entry and exit each time to the building, room serve food was also very tasty

Slight issue with our bed request when we arrived in the beginning but called reception and they were able to sort it out straight away.

Location is perfect to walk the city. The restaurant is very good as well. Fitness center is good. Staff is very kind and caring, in particular, Liz, was so helpful and nice.

The hotel is not managed well. I arrived and my room didn't match the one I reserved (twin bed for 2 separate people). Also, I had to wait almost 2 hours for check in as the room was not ready yet. Almost all of guests cheking in that day had to wait for the rooms, and the manager was just walking around trying to be nice, instead of giving a solution. Receptionists had to deal with this and they were pollite and cared to find solutions. Cleaning staff didn't change sheets (clearly dirty) and we had to ask for it. When we came back to our room, there was some of our clothes on the floor. This was uncomfortable. Fitness center constantly run out of water and towels. I wouldn't expect these details for this hotel.

I had two rooms double room no 429 and single was 210 For the price I have been charged without also breakfast and where both of the rooms in the back of the hotel no few I thing was over value ….!? Also The sleeping bed width was vary Tate (not comfortable) for the double room and I thing also the single .. and the house keeping one time they forget to Clean up the trash basket in the room and in the toilet and also the forget the cleaning tools in the room , also one time they forget to put water in the room , for the single room I think the bed also and when we checked in we found one Taweel was not clean in the toilet … this comments for booking .com … not for public

We got a last-minute booking for three rooms, and they got us into the room early. The rooms were super comfortable, and the additional amenities were appreciated.

I did not like having to scan my card to get from my room to the main floor. With a party of eight people, they became frustrating with limited cards.
