Na het verlaten van het hotel, werd ik gebeld om terug te keren om te betalen, terwijl ik bij aankomst al betaald had.
Het betrefd een verschil van 18 euto die ik voogens de kllerk moetst betalen. Feit is dat ik eennspeciaale prijs van bookings.com had.

We were working in the nearby area so this hotel was ideal for us. The hotel had a jar of liquorice sweets near the front desk, which was always topped up and complimentary.
The hotel shows 4 stars in its advertising and it definitely is not. If had shown 2-3 stars we would have been better informed and would have chosen a different hotel.

The rooms were clean
The rooms were hot with unreliable AC.
The staff were not unfriendly, just seemed disorganised and apathetic - this kinda reflected in a general sense of the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious, tidy and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception. The lady who checked us in was very courteous answered all our queries and explained about the places around

Rooms were good. Confort was good.
I have made reservation for 3 rooms for 3 persons, because i could not find a room for 2 adults, 1 child and an infant. In one room, there was an infant of 1 year old for whom I have asked a crib, but when checking in, at the reception i was told that the infant is 1 person. Then I have asked to change for a room of 4 persons, but they told me that the only solution was to give me an extra room for which I have paid 120Euros, but for which I gave the keys back because we didn`t need it.
Because I was there with the family, so that the things go smoothly, i have payed the extra room because the manager of the hotel was not reacheable to have a talk with him. I would have found it fair to pay an extra amount for the crib, but NOT A ROOM OF 2 PERSON FOR AN INFANT.

The lady on the reception was so unkind, took ages to book us in.
In our room light bulb was broken, curtain ripped and in the bathroom toiletries prepared for one person not two.
Will never come back there.

I love the room. It is very spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing. The staff was very helpful and the service was perfect.
Unfortunately I traveled in January when the weather was freezing cold the room that was given to me didn't have it's central heating working and it was very cold. The staff was very helpful by providing me with a heater the second I drew their attention. Considering that it's a four star hotel and paid a hefty price for my stay, I would have expected that central heating would be working, serviced regularly especially before the cold weather hits.

Received a chocolate tray as a gift for being the guest of the day with a handwritten note. It was quite welcoming. I checked in very late (at 6~7am) and it all worked out fine.

We liked the fact that it was quite close to Rotterdam and also there was a gas station/ Mini market next to it.
There was also a free parking which is rare in Rotterdam.
Breakfast was excellent (some vegan choices available as well), there was also a canal view.
The room was spacious.
Staff was friendly and kind.
Basically there was no proper heating especially the first day that was totally out of order.
We then complained and were given blankets and a small fan radiator.
They fixed the issue the next day but it was never too warm in the room as the big windows were obsolete and not insulated (we could also not open them for security reasons?)

Car parking and big room space.
There was no heating . It was freezing. Everybody in the hotel was complaining. If you don't want to freeze to death or catch a cold go somewhere else.
The satff said management were trying to save money so they wouldn't put the heating on . Crazy

Everything was ok, quality sleep and excellent breakfast.
No soap in dedicated bottles and lots of hair on different "Clean" towels.
