The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. close to the most famous beaches has good restaurant varieties

the overall stay was less than comfortable due to several issues. The rooms were extremely small, making it difficult to move around or find space for suitcases. The bathroom was cramped, with hardly any room to maneuver, and taking a shower would result in water covering the entire floor. Additionally, the walls were paper-thin, allowing sounds from footsteps and door entries from both guests and staff to permeate easily, which made it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

Breakfast was amazing quality and lots of choice, staff very helpful and on till 11am. All the food was very well presented and tasted exquisite. The swimming pools are beautiful especially the rooftop pool watching the sunset,

Very Limited in selection of food !

Sat in restaurant after ordering food 1 hr 20 mins and then my husband asked what’s happening and they replied oh sorry we lost your food order !!! What a Joke ! Then balinese beds 100 euro a day ! when you pay all-inclusive ! Then to be stuck in the toilet as no handles on doors and lights are on timer switch’s 22 seconds ! The hotel pool roof top not even completed ! As in brochure shows a lovely pool . Dinner at night starts at 7 far too late And everything is paperless - so you have to download it to your phone - wanted to go on holiday to switch phones off not to have them that’s the point of a holiday !!!! I would not recommend this hotel - staff not friendly / no entertainment at all ! Day or night ! When asking to speak to the manager he wasn’t available ! The Bulter service was the only people you could rely on getting anything done !
