Just amazing, this was our 2nd visit in less than 3 months we adore the hotel and the staff. Special mentions for Marta on guest hospitality and Adela in the restaurant, they are both amazing and go above and beyond for the guests. The hotel manager is is truly charming lady who is always very visible.

the hotel design is inspired to the Italian "dolce vita", every detail is nice, the food at the restaurant is also very good, breakfast is good to accomodate everybody's taste. Sunday we also had live music on the pool, very well played.

They have a huge problem with parking, the free parking nearby is always full and so any street in Siesta, the small area where the hotel is located. so, the first night me and 2 more cars were driving around for a sport with no success. After 45 min driving in circle, (me and my friends were tired, it was around 2,30 am) I decided to park the car inside the hotel parking (which is only possible if you booked a suite) and I left my car in a spot where I could not cause any issue to anybody. I was not the only one who did it, but I was too honest to inform the girl at the reception (Paola), she was not offering any help, I offered to move the car early in the morning or even leave my keys at my full responsibility. She not only didn't try to help, but she immediately raised her voice to me and my friends and treated me like I was a piece of garbage, blackmailing me that she was going to call the police to remove the car and getting me a fine if I didn't move my car. For me it is unacceptable if an employee makes problems to a guest, instead of finding a solution. I left my car on the pedestrian crossing and I moved my car at 7.45 am next morning, the hotel parking was full of other guests' cars like me, so actually it was possible for other guests to leave their car inside. In any case, especially if you have a car, I suggest you to find a better hotel. Ibiza is full of them, and a nice interior design is not important as much as good customer care.

La difficulté de garer la voiture dans le parking voisin ( gratuit). Le parking de l'hôtel était réservé pour les clients ayant des suites

Staff were exceptional especially Yulia one of the waitresses and Marta from guest experience who went out of her way to look after us.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. Es un hotel con mucho encanto. Las camas son cómodas.

Había empleados discutiendo en la piscina; que la gente que estaba tumbada podía escuchar todo. En el restaurante para comer sirvieron un plato a mi pareja y mi plato llegó 20’ después. Bastante lamentable.

Beautiful, stylish unique hotel

Helemaal niks! als ik dan iets “positiefs” moet opnoemen is het dat de manager akkoord ging met mijn geld terug geven nadat ik het hotel wilde verlaten! Wat ik nog niet terug heb ontvangen, maar ga ervan uit dat dit zsm gebeurt..

Ontzettend slechte service, wij kwamen na 20u aan in het hotel. Er werd gevraagd of wij tegen een betaling van 150 euro een upgrade wilden naar kamer met zeezicht. Omdat wij maar 1 nachtje geboekt hadden en de volgende ochtend alweer zouden vertrekken vonden we dit niet nodig. Blijkbaar wanneer je de upgrade niet wilt betalen stoppen ze je weg in de meest slechte kamer vh hotel. Met als melding, willen jullie alsnog upgraden dan hoor ik het wel. We kregen een kamer op de 1e verdieping aan t einde van de gang met een uitzicht op de vuilnisbakken op een parkeerplaats. De kluis werkte niet, en de lamp op de kamer flikkerde non stop. Terug naar de receptie, kregen we een kamer 2 deuren verder. Zelfde verhaal, geen werkende kluis. Gebeld naar de receptie omdat ik geen zin had om weer heen en weer te lopen. Werd er opgehangen omdat de lijn slecht was en ze me niet konden verstaan. Waar blijft de service dat je dan zelf komt kijken wat er aan de hand is. Ze stonden met z’n 3en bij de receptie!!! En er was verder geen kip! De jonge meiden bij de receptie zaten alleen maar druk in hun telefoon hun socials te checken en te lachen samen. Ze hadden er totaal geen zin in om ons te helpen of enige service te verlenen. Er werd zelfs aan de manager gevraagd of ze ons het gehele bedrag terug moesten betalen toen wij weer met ingepakte koffer naar beneden kwamen om zo snel mogelijk het hotel te verlaten! Voor 300 euro verwacht je toch meer service. Dus boek dit hotel alleen als je bereid bent te betalen voor een upgrade. 300 euro voor een kamertje zonder uitzicht, waar niks werkt is idioot! En voor 450 euro heb je betere meer luxe hotels op ibiza. Ik heb al meer dan 200 hotels op het eiland bezocht en dit is echt de meest slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ever! De manager, oudere man, schaamde zich zo erg voor z’n personeel en ik vond het bijna zielig voor hem om weg te gaan. Maar train je receptioniste beter! Door deze beoordeling loop je misschien wel 100 reserveringen mis.

L’hôtel est joli.Petit déjeuner sympa.Personnel du restaurant à l’écoute et qui font tout leur possible pour satisfaire le client.Très bonne musique au bord de la piscine.Bonne musique au restaurant le soir.

Un personnel mi gentil mi indifférent.Pas grand effort de langue… Aucune information réelle donnée à l’arrivée résultat pour un peu de retard ils m’ont facturés 40 euros. Les 40 euros de surplus ne sont pas un réel problème… mais tout est dans l’art et la façon de le dire… c’est quand on sort de la France à seulement deux heures de notre beau pays,peu font l’effort de prononcer un mot en français ou même ça ne leur dit rien.Dame au bar pas sympa,La dame qui s’occupe des serviettes au bord de la piscine très sympa.Petit déjeuner :tu arrives personne ne se souci de toi…il faut insister pour comprendre que le petit déjeuner se trouve dans des pièces du restaurant.La jeune femme a l’accueil qui fait semblant de parler français ne va vous donner aucune info valable… Bref je ne reviendras pas et pourtant l’hôtel en lui même est beau.Mais on a autant de beauté ailleurs.J’irais ailleurs.Le monde est beau partout et le bonheur se trouve partout.Oops : chasse d’eau qui coule en longueur de journée et la nuit c’est agaçant.Ascenseur lent.Ne surtout pas dépasser midi sinon 40 euros l’heure: politique de la maison qu’on oubliera bien sûr de vous en informer à l’arrivée.Un séjour qui aurait pu être bien mais voilà je reviendrais pas voir si le service a upgrader!
