Reception staff were not very helpful. Buffet food was okay.

Café et boissons automate soit disant tout compris, une arnaque !, j'ajoute ici, check out très expéditif, suis obligée de réclamer une facture, refus de payer une partie en livres égyptiennes alors qu'à mon arrivée on m'a dit ok.

بداية من الترحيب من طاقم الرسيبشن وبشاشة التعامل واخص بالذكر أ. احمد الشافعي ثم طاقم الشيفات و سؤاله الدائم عن مدى الرضي عن الطعام وان اقترح اصناف ليقوم بعملها . شيفات قمة فى الاحترام و أخص بالذكر شيف عامر قمة فى الذوق والرقي و شيف أحمد و ايضا شيف علي فى مطعم الاورينتال . الطعام متنوع و جودته ممتازة الغرفه نظيفه مريحه و قريبه من كل الخدمات حمامات السباحه جيدة جدا جدا و متعددة النادل أ مصطفي على بار حمام السباحة قمة فى الذوق والاحترام والتفاني فى العمل . والنادل محمد فى المطعم الرئيسي فى الفتره المسائية ( وقت العشاء ) قمة فى الاحترام والرقي شيف الباستا الرائع للاسف نسيت اسأله عن اسمه ( معاد تواجده فى فترة العشاء ) فترة اقامتي . حقيقي حابب شغله جدا و متقن اتقان شديد واحلى باستا من ايده حقيقي . الشاطىء رملي و البحر جميل جدا تجربتي مع المطعم الاورينتال رائعة حفلات ال beach party جميلة ومختلفة الbeach guard و ال pool guard منتبهين جدا كان فيه مشكلة بسيطه فى الحمام و الرسيبشن اهتم جدا و ارسل عامل يصلحها بسرعه . اقامه رائعه ان شاء الله اكررها دايما ❤️ شكرا ليكم 🙏

محبتش الانيمشن تيم لانه بيفرق جدا بين المصري والاجنبي بيتعمد ميتعاملش مع المصريين ولا يعرض عليهم الحفلات او ال shows بشكل عام زى ما بيعرضها على اى اجنبي حوالينا . ال room service للاسف فى اوقات كتير مش بيغير الفوط او مش بيضيف مشروبات فى الاوضه ( الشاى والسكر وهكذا ..)

Le personnel est top. La propreté rien à dire. Les piscines sont grandes, belles et propre. La conception de l'hôtel est magnifique avec ses petites maisons. Les boutiques indispensables. L'emplacement est bien situé. Les chambres sont parfaite et la literie est bonne.

La qualité et le confort des chaises longues des piscines et surtout de la plage. Le ravitaillement des boissons dans les cantines des piscines, machine à boissons souvent vide ou ne fonctionne pas.. Le buffet peu varié. Une seule machine à café pour le déjeuner.

The water-sports centre is the main reason to return. The daytime activities such as volleyball, aqua aerobics are good. The room was very large and comfortable and the A/c was good

Food was not the best at first, but in our last 2 days, food improved a lot, it tasted better, and there were many varieties to choose from.

I suggest to make the closure time of the beach and the pool at 7:30 pm or 8 pm instead of 7 pm. Especially, the sunset is around 8 pm.

Overall quality of the service is awesome. Clean, fresh and modern enough for anyone to enjoy. Clean grass fields, beautiful pools, terirory look very good. Food is good(except special promotion), drinks are... acceptable, as always in Egypt :)

Special food promotion (LaCart or smth.) is just the same as regular dinner or even worse. Every other aspect of food here is great.

The rooms were separated with a thin door. We could hear all noise from our neighbor.
