Rooms have a separate bedroom and kitchen/living areas. Swimming pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and peaceful.

Water pressure was a problem affecting the whole hotel. The kitchenette had no cooking utensils. No wifi internet in rooms without an extra cost. It is not really a beachfront hotel - getting to and from the beach requires a short tuk tuk ride, and sometimes there was a wait. It is too steep to walk. The private beach is small with very little sand.

Cold AC. Good breakfast. Good wifi but you have to pay for it.

Comfortable rooms overlooking pool area and with a view over the Red Sea. The Hotel is uniquely located in a quiet residential area above Hurghada but just a two minutes ride from the private beach with the hotel complementary touk touk shuttle. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and this was really appreciated. A Wi-Fi modem can be quickly arranged in the rooms at a small fee of 1€ per day. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and restaurant area.

The service of reception was very bad, the price difference between single room and double room was only 6 pounds, but the reception asked me to pay $20 more. The hotel staff asked to take a photo with me, which I agreed to do, but he put hand on my waist and asked for my phone number. Stains on bed sheet and no hairdryer available, I call reception to ask for one.

The hotel is relatively new and is pretty well located, some 15 minutes walk from the center of Hurghada. It is part of a residential complex with special security and a nice private beach nearby. The entire complex is on a hill from which there is a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands, as well as coral reefs. We had a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, which was located in the courtyard of the hotel and which serves as a nice alternative to going to the beach. The city is generally quite safe and we always felt safe during our walks, and we really walked a lot everywhere. I would especially like to praise the kindness of the hotel staff, who were ready to help at any time of the day or night and to give interesting advices on what to see from local attractions and what excursions to go on, which could also be booked at the reception desk. First of all, I would like to highlight the receptionist Mahmoud, who was extremely kind to us and did a lot to make our stay pleasant and memorable! 😊 All in all, we are very satisfied with the kindness of the host and what we got in the hotel for the money we paid.

In the beginning, we had problems with the pressure when showering, and the shower door could not be closed properly, so the water leaked out of the cabin. After our complaint at the reception, the janitor came and fixed the shower and the shower door, so the pressure was a little better after that, but still not very good, and also the water from the shower was no longer coming out (or sometimes very little). I think the breakfast could have been a little more varied and rich in offer. I would only praise the homemade Egyptian bread which was super tasty, as well as the excellent rice with milk. It seemed to us that most of the other products that were served for breakfast every morning were not the freshest, probably because there were not many guests in the hotel yet (we were in the pre-season), so some products that would have been left over from the previous days were served the next day as well.
